Food - Food was alright. It tasted good but wasn't anything special. Better then other local area "Mexican" food restaurants. Still feel this is more American Mexican. I don't think it's authentic Mexican food. We had the 2 puffy taco w/chips & queso lunch special, and a Wet Burrito. The tacos were good. The sauce on the burrito I did not like. The salsa has too much cilantro in it for me. Makes it taste like soap (to me). Salsa is also cold which for me I prefer room temp salsa not straight out the fridge. (posted photos of our order to show food output.) Service -you order when you walk in the door.(before you sit at a table). You pay for your food and tip before even getting your food. Then you get a buzzer number to go back up to the counter to claim your food. And yes, you get your own drink too. There is not actual wait staff service here. The lady that took our order was very nice and helpful with questions and menu options. It's like an indoor food truck type thing. Or even think McDonalds style service except they expect a tip. Atmosphere -weird "murals" on the walls. I mean if it was someone's young child I understand them then but I hope they didn't pay for those. They are pretty bad and seems kind of racist to me. I posted pics of the decor also. The inside looked ok. However when getting my drink the cook came out from the back and dropped his towel on the floor, picked it up, and placed it back into his apron. (I hope he doesn't reuse it after dropping on the floor.) There was not music on, just dead silence. But there is a T.V. Overall -just ok. 3star. Happy Cinco de Mayo. 🇲🇽

The BEST burrito & fresh chips! Huge & was still warm after an hour drive home! If there is a line, wait, trust me. The queso crunch burrito & puffy tacos are going to become a staple in my up north diet! Street corn is excellent and just what you'd imagine. The quality and weight of the burrito is crazy, and will stand up on its end in between your 3- 4 bites to get across a small section. I've had some of the best Mexican food across the country (CO, NM, TX, AZ, NV), and this place is a GEM 💎 Easily Top 3, and not stretching it. Staff is friendly & hard at work from the second you walk in. Make sure to grab a cake pop too! Pic because omg! 🫠🤤

I make sure to come to Chef's Fresco Mexicano every time I am in town and I am NEVER disappointed! The food is made fresh with homemade sauces and local ingredients. You definitely get the quality you pay for! The new location is larger and offers seating- the old place was carry out only. I love being able to have that option! The staff is always friendly which is a huge plus! My favorite is when they have shwarma Saturday. (Picture) Sooo good!! Give it a shot, you'll enjoy it!

I feel awful for saying this because my family has attended this location for a bit, but I am honestly so sick and tired of how fast Chef runs out of food. I get it, it's good. Authentic? Meh. But good nonetheless, and one of the better takeout options around these parts. For the prices of the items on the menu, the food should not be as scarce as it is. If you are only open for four days a week, there should be a good amount of time to prep for the coming days. One of my biggest pet peeves is when I don't feel my time is respected. I feel that it is unfair to tell people you are open until a certain time, only for them to have to arrive to the location to see that you are closed due to lack of preparation. I know this weekend is busy, but that should be taken into account when prepping during the week. Please take this as constructive criticism, because the food is good. Unfortunately I can never get my hands on it by the time I actually would eat dinner, and will not be returning for some time because my time simply does not feel valued. Thank you for reading this, and I hope business continues to...

The food is mucho delicioso!!! The only hold back from obtaining a meal from this place 7 days a week, is their hours of operation and the cost. Don't get me wrong! I wouldn't sway anyone away from Sean Michael O'Rourke's "delightful gastronomy opportunity!" It's just the overall expense. 😟

I realize that "really great food" is more expensive than a "combo meal" at a drive thru. However, when I ordered 2 meals, with chips, salsa and queso, my final tally was $50+ not including the tip!

Are the portions adequate? Oh, YEAH!!! (I was still eating my leftover chicken lime quesadilla, 2 days later!) Was the food fresh and full of flavor, "beyond comprehension?" WAAAY BEYOND!!! I have eaten "really good Mexican food" all the way across our great nation and back again! Sean's "work of culinary art," by and far, is at the very top!!! I just wish that I could afford to eat it a LOT more often than "once in a while!"

In conclusion, I must say,

Keep up the great work Sean!!! I'll be back, sooner...
