Arby's — Restaurant in Lexington

Stopped here midafternoon to order the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, a large fry and specifically some horsey sauce. They made me pull forward to the door until they finished my fries even though I was the only one in the parking lot. The person who brought me my food was wearing pajama bottoms, but my fries seemed hot and fresh so that wasn’t a huge deal. Once I got home I found that my sandwich was cut horizontally and towards the bottom of the sandwich, I have never ordered a sandwich that was cut like that, it wouldn’t have been a big deal if I wasn’t splitting it with someone. It also had missing ingredients like bacon, lack of sauce, and thick slices of onion like they didn’t even try to cut them properly. They also didn’t give me any horsey sauce. I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken Wraps one with no cheese. I received it with cheese. I understand mistakes happen so everything would have been fine if he would of just replaced my sandwich. Instead, he called me a liar saying I didn't order it with no cheese when I know I did. he said he had it on recording, so I asked to listen to the recording then. he then said I was harassing him and he slammed the window on me and said he was calling the police on me. He refused to give me his name or his store number so I could make a formal complaint. I then called a different Arbys and was able to obtain that information. His name Is James and he is the General manage. I have left several messages with the RM MGR and I am waiting to hear back so they can make this situation right. Can’t get order correct. Ordered simply 2 regular Arby’s beef & cheddar and two plain no sauce from the 2 for $6 menu. She asked me twice and reread the order back to me and I had to correct her again. I then Left, checking my bag realized the order was WRONG. So okay mistakes happen right, I DRIVE BACK they Ask for MY INCORRECT SANDWICH back. The make me a correct one. I leave go home and find out no it’s still incorrect they are alll plain?!? I try to call it’s 9;25 no answer there are three people working and not busy AT ALL! I was the only customer person EVEN THERE! How hard is it to make two regular beef and cheddar and two plain?!?!
