Arby's — Restaurant in Lexington

I visited this Arby's while on the way home from Charlottesville, VA with my Mom and my son. I ordered a Beef n Cheddar combo meal with Curly fries and a cherry turnover. I asked while ordering for the fries to be made fresh. When. I received my order, not only were the curly fries medium warm but the cherry turnover felt like it had been sitting in a cold room with the lights out. My mom ordered a Roast Beef sandwich along with Mozarella sticks. When her food arrived the meat was rare and we had to send it back to be "reheated". The employee literally gave me a cup to put the meat in, took the cup,and placed it in a microwave. Now, post Covid protocol this was a no-no, the cross contamination of the food through out the transition was all wrong. However, the overall achievement of having the meat cooked was accomplished. The employee/cashier was friendly and he did what HE thought was the right thing to do. There was a lady working the drive-thru window that seemed to be more into what was going on at the front counter than her assigned duties at the drive thru window. Went through the drive through and ordered a #2 double which was a double roast beef combo and I was given a chicken sandwich so I went back through the drive through and asked about my roast beef sandwich I was given a chicken sandwich she rolled her eyes told me to keep the chicken sandwich so I was given the roast beef sandwich but it was a regular roast beef sandwich The employee stated where is the receipt I stated I was not given one so she said give the food back and I asked employee to watch her attitude and she rolled her eyes and slammed the window and also asked if I wanted my food I stated I wanted my money back. I got my refund and she slammed the window closed. My opinion about this situation is if you don’t want your job why be there and be miserable go find something that you are happy with and plus the other person that handed me my food wore the same gloves he touched money with Who Does That???? I doordashed Arby’s last night, and they forgot to add the au jus (dip) to my order of a french dip and swiss sandwich and the straw for my drink. You can’t really eat your sandwich when you’re missing half of the key ingredients. I called and asked if they had any au jus that was left in a bag that was supposed to go out, and they do. So I now paid way too much for the food, have waited an hour to get it, and am now driving down to pick up the rest of my order. I get to the window to pick up my au jus and also ask for a straw for my now watered down root beer and she says “oh we are just so bad” in this fake, “so sorry” kind of way. Then the au jus was thick like a syrup and tasted awful, not how it does any other time i’d eaten it so i’m not quite sure what it really was or if it was made properly.
