Brooklyn, for whatever reason, was very rude during my visit on 5.28.2025. Her friends were there & I’m not sure if she was showing off. The situation, I asked for the birthday cake Oreo ice cream add brownie. Basic misunderstanding in that she did not give me the summer promoted flavor with the mix ins, however, I found myself apologizing to her as she was clearly bothered. She said “you’re good” although it was clearly a mistake on both our parts. Then, realizing I left my purse, I asked if they took Apple Pay & they did not. The other young lady at the register asked if I had my wallet, Brooklyn asked if I knew my number; I did not. Neither spoke a word afterwards. Just threw the ice cream away & immediately went to her friends who were next. Brooklyn isn’t & doesn’t have to be the nicest or the energetic, which she usually isn’t (just even kill), but today she was unpleasant. Very unpleasant. I'm surprised these reviews aren't focused on the fact that the inside of this store smells like spoiled milk with a side of sewage. It's very bad and immediately noticeable. We visited this store months ago (6 months maybe) and the terrible smell was there. We tried it again yesterday thinking it has SURELY been addressed. Nope -- still smells like month-old spoiled milk combined with backed-up sewage. If there's a manager working in that store, they must have a permanent sinus infection if they aren't noticing the foul smell.

I feel awful for the staff that must be nauseated after spending hours with that smell. The ice cream is good, but my family won't go back to this store until whatever is going on in there is sorted out and the place is cleaned up.

Went for ice cream today, June 24th 2018, after eating dinner. I had to use the bathroom really bad. I go into the bathroom as my family waited in line and there was a roach running around in there!!! I hate roaches but I killed it. After I was done doing my business, there was absolutely NO toilet paper! Frustrated, I walked out, told my family what I experienced and looked down by where the wall meets the freezer where the ice cream is, there is a gap and there were THREE MORE ROACHES running around! Absolutely disgusted, I told the guy about the no toilet paper and the roaches and he just smiled at me!!!! No sign of concern at all!!! Needless to say, we left and went to orangeleaf!
