Burger King — Restaurant in Lexington

Ok so this is an issue that was brought to the GM via telephone message and after no return call from them I took it to a Corp level, and again no response. We placed our order at 815pm, the young man working the window kept repeating the order etc, so I know it was rang in correctly, and the price given was what it should have been, after placing order We waited at the windows for 8 min with 2 cars behind us (we live 12 mins away). We where handed the wrong drink with no straw, so we got his attention from his telephone and he corrected the drink, at this point he handed us our meals (3 bags) we did not check at the window because of 2 cars behind us. When we got home, only 1 item we ordered was correct. We immediately called the store and got voice mail. I explained what we ordered, what the receipt said and the total. No response back. I spent 37$ to feed 3 people and got 1 right burger. There has been no return call from the store at all. After waiting 1 week for response I emailed Corp with copy of receipt and photos of what was actually in bag...again no response. I understand BK is a dying brand but that does not constitute not returning call to guest or even acting as if they care. We saw workers on phones (2 of them) we saw horseplay at windows. Things like this should not be allowed during guests time and the orders should be correct and doubled check. At my work the bag is checked 3x before it hits the driver, this ensures quality as well as correct orders. Mistakes do happen but I respond to the guest and make matters right. 37$ could have been enjoyed as we planned instead we did not enjoy it, will. Ot be back and will continue to reach out to Corp until this matter is rectified. I don't want the money back, I want to be able to know that myself as well as others recieve the product we order and know that the BK in the community gives a damn about their guests. the food is good but the employees were all outside smoking when i pulled up and then proceeded to lock each other out and run around the building while trying to take my order. the girl screamed in the mic and was laughing as they were goofing off.

then handed me a frozen coke that was overflowing and it spilled all over me and my car’s interior. she replaced it with one not so full but never gave me napkins to clean the mess. the girl also never even got my full order which i didn’t realize until i got home so thanks for that.

the people are nice but if you’re gonna take a smoke break maybe don’t all take it at once and then mess around while you have customers.

months later!! first time i’ve come back since then. still sucks! lmao your employees are incredibly rude and close the window while i’m talking and they don’t communicate at all. i gave the money and the kid didn’t say anything about getting me the receipt or having to pull up to the next window. you guys seem to be so short staffed that i just assumed this was also the window to get my food. especially when the kids working are literally on their phone and don’t even look at you. either train ur employees better or hire adults. not trying to be a b but cmon. yall have been open for so long you’d think you’d have it down by now. not that you even care, but to the ppl reading, this place is not worth your...

I just took a trip to get a regular burger and maybe a sweet tea to drink or something. I pulled up to the drive through menu, and saw this creation called the 'American Brewhouse King' featured on the menu. Now I've had most of the specialty 'King' burgers, and they have usually been pretty satisfying.

Well I got home with this bad boy and unwrapped it and to my surprise this thing was as big as my face. I was wholly unprepared for what happened next. After my first bite I felt a complete dissociate with my self, and I found myself in a vast corridor lined with relief sculptures of all our past and future POTUS. I was overwhelmed with patriotism as I gazed upon the many faces, and that is when I felt a presence. As the floor fell away from me I left my body behind and was face to face with the embodiment of a massive cosmic bald eagle. He whispered onto me the secrets of eternal life and patriotism, but it was too much too handle and I was pulled back into my body. When I was back to myself the burger was gone and I felt tears streaming down my face.
