Busa Wine & Spirits — Restaurant in Lexington

Ordered wine from Busa in Lexington today through the Uber app ~ The Oder was for my 93 year old mother who obviously doesn’t drive and added that in my notes to the driver - When the non -English speaking driver arrived there clearly a communication issue from the get go with ID .He wouldn’t accept my mother’s form of ID ( did I mention she’s 93 ) driver never called me to mention any issues or to help with language barrier . He abruptly left and returned the wine to the store while I was on the phone with Busa Wine & Spirits Lexington explaining the issue . The woman took my number and said she needed to speak to her manager and someone would call me back shortly …. Not only did Busa Wine & Spirits Lexington fail to return my call or re-ship the wine they charged me a 25.00 restocking fee !! I would never recommend this business to anyone anything and there is no Spirit with Busa Wines of Lexington ! ( I ended up ordering from Total Wine & Spirits and it was a total 180...
