Cinco De Mayo Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Lexington

This is definitely not my favorite Mexican restaurant, the food was ok, service was not good. Tried to get a straw and silverware and ended up just using my husband's. The worst part of our experience is that they do not have a changing table so this is not a good place if you have a baby or small child. My little man we thru his clothes waited in line for the bathroom because there is only one for men and women, just to find out there is no changing table and had to walk back through the restaurant and had to change him from the back of our car thankfully it wasn't too...

Rude staff, terrible sloppy looking food with no seasoning. They had my takeout order just sitting on a table outside 10 minutes before my pick up time (staff even admitted that). Rice has peas and carrots which is incredibly not authentic. beans were the consistency of water pretty much, no salt on the chips, cold undercooked fries for my kids meal and a cold quesadilla. I live across the street from the restaurant so it’s not a time of transit thing.

I’ll just keep making my own food at home. $31 in the trash...

It has a very lively atmosphere; for those sensitive to sound, bring noise canceling. I was placed in a booth seat, which is very comfortable; there are also delightful little ceramic lizards to accompany me. They handed me some nachos and salsa first thing (the staff, not the ceramic lizards) :)

The staff is friendly and kind, the place is clean and orderly in spite of the chaos typical of a place full of people, and the food is good. What more could an inquisitive...
