Cocktails TOO — Restaurant in Lexington

Usually have a great experience but after today’s experience I definitely won’t return. Placed a to-go order, buffalo wings and potatoes skins as usual. Went to bar to pick up and they had my wing order wrong. Ashley the bartender said she’ll have them remake it. I asked her how long will it take because I don’t want my potatoes skins to get cold. She said she would rush it. Time goes by to the point where one patron asked if I was still there waiting and another couple said that they would ask to get the skins comped if they were me. Ashley overheard our conversation and asked what was wrong. I said we were talking about my now old & cold potato skins. She just said oh. Oh? Seriously. Talk about huge lack of dust service. Finally returns and she gives me a ticket doubled of that I ordered. She took it back to fix it. And never took the old potato skins off. I said are you seriously not going to comp these? She said I can’t give you free food. You can either pay or I can take them off completely. Waited standing at the bar for 30 for their mistake and couldn’t even have the curtesy to ensure my entire order was fresh. Ashley’s attitude is disgusting. This is what happens when you support local. They don’t know a thing about client retention and hire family or friends that couldn’t care if the business...

I generally don't like to complain but tonight was the worst experience I have ever had at Cocktails too. I go to cocktails with friends to relax have a good meal, drinks and to talk to each other. We generally go on a Wednesday night as there is usually not a band playing. Unfortunately, tonight a band was there. A good 2 person band. I like live music, but the volume these guys were playing at was ridicules for a small club, they had the volume turned up as if they were playing at an outdoor venue. We were shouting at each other across the table to be heard. people were leaving because the music was so loud. The waitress even had trouble hearing our order. We were finally able to order and decided to go sit outside hoping it would not be as loud. When our food starts arriving one order never arrived. After waiting for a bit one of our party goes to check on it. He was able to get the bartender to check on the order and found out it was sitting in the kitchen waiting. The waitress forgot to bring it out. I really do like Cocktails Too, the staff has always been very friendly and the food is great but if there is another night like tonight we will be looking for another...

First off, I’d like to state I never write negative reviews until now. I went out with a group of friends to see the Barbie movie. We came to Cocktails Too after to have drinks and hangout. We had a decent experience until Brandy (our bartender) decided she didn’t feel like serving anyone anymore after she cleaned the bar before it was time to actually close down. Not only that, but she was extremely disrespectful and hateful for seemingly no reason. We asked her if there was a reason we were being cut off. She said we seemed too intoxicated to serve. I would have been extremely understanding if we had been loud, obnoxious, or seeming intoxicated. We were not though and I’m writing this as soon as I left. We were extremely tame and no one in our group had more than two drinks. I only had one. We wanted one more drink and to close our tab. She and the other bartenders were talking about us behind the bar. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.
