Fazoli’s is the best!!! The breadsticks are always fresh, the food is always good, and the employees always provide great service. These are great people who work tirelessly to provide customers with great Italian food and excellent service, for which we should all be very grateful. I think the only reason the food is “overpriced”, is because of the con artists who are looking to get free stuff and the people who make the servers throw away perfectly good food because of a small mistake, and raising prices is the one way the company can keep up. Things cost money, that’s how the real world works!!!!! And maybe we could show a little more respect and appreciation towards the people who try to place our needs first? Read moreDon't eat here! The manager needs to be fired! She is the most uncompassionate person that I have ever met and is very unprofessional. She made more of a scene than the other woman. A woman walked in who looked like she needed some help, squatted down by the front counter and was looking through her bag maybe for some money. She looked possibly homeless. The manager comes around and starts yelling and scolding her to move out of the way of paying customers so she goes to a table. Then I get up about to buy her a meal when another nice girl did the exact same right before me. So the lady gets up and says thank you to the girl and she goes to a quiet corner of the restaurant to eat her food quietly. Called regarding an issue with food quality through a delivery since doordash told me to go through them and the girl who answered the phone immediately had an attitude and continued to speak over me nonstop and not let me explain the issue. Then proceeded to try to tell me what I should’ve done, which if she listened to me in the first place, she would’ve known that I did that in the first place.
