My family and I went through the drive thru. We ordered 2 combos, one with a regular concrete and one with large frosty along with a “free” mini sundae (Birthday reward) our total for that was $36 which did seem a little off but we waited for the receipt because we do understand prices in restaurants/fast food have gone up. When we went to pay I had the cashier (her first day) scan my app to use my “free” birthday reward. She could not get it to go through so she called someone higher up. They finally got it to go through using my phone number but upon looking on my app once leaving they took 500 points instead of my birthday reward which I did not want to use. Upon further inspection they did not add my concrete in as a combo so I paid a little extra which to some may not feel like a big deal but in this economy every $ counts. I was very disappointed and felt like this situation could have been different if someone was training the new employee rather than putting her in drive thru/cashier by her self for the first time. The employee told me it was her first day on the register. Most definitely will never order through the drive through again and will always use my app to make sure the right rewards are used and everything is rung up correctly. Read moreOkay so I did a mobile order and I should have checked the bag when I was in there but I had to go in there then my husband had to go back in there. The time I had to go in they made the sweet tea un sweet tea..then we look in the bag there was no French fries with either adult meals as well I order a side of cheese Kurds and that was not even in my bag. I made my husband deal with that because I didn't want to deal with it. They need to double check what they put in the bag before they hand it off thank God I looked in my bag before driving away because I spent $69.00.. and I got two children meals plus two regular meals and hotdog and the cheese Kurds ...for the money they should have been on it. Just saying🤦♀️ As well when we got home as you see in the picture my husband burger was absolutely falling out of the box. I am not even sure if my family and I will go back. I feel like I would have better luck spending 68 dollars at McDonald's and that's sad. At least they would have put napkins in the bag which that wasn't even in there. Terrible first...
Read moreThey really make you go through a lot to get a meal here. After waiting 20-25 minutes in the drive thru, we got the wrong order. We had ordered two meals, and two large sides, and we received a sandwich we did not order, and fries. My husband pulled over so I could hop inside for a quick exchange. It was chaotic at best inside, and the drive thru line seemed to be having a meltdown. I felt like they are super used to wrong orders, as they just grabbed my receipt and didn’t say anything. After about 15 minutes, I got a sandwich (that we had ordered), one of the large sides, and that was it. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the rest, only to find out we were still missing fries. I had to ask for help yet again. Overall, the food was actually decent, but the service is slow at best, and it is very very overpriced. (We got 7 onion rings for $7.99) After getting 3 wrong orders, and waiting 45 minutes, I have to say that I don’t have a lot of faith in this place, and won’t be surprised if it doesn’t make it.
