I went to Little Caesars in Lexington, North Carolina.I ordered two pizzas one pretzel crust stuffed crust with pepperoni. I also ordered one pretzel Is crushed with Pepperoni. I waited about 25 minutes. When he finally brought my pizza from the back, he called my name didn't give me time to answer. Put the pizza in the oven and left and went back to the back. I kept calling for him. He's ignoring me he came back out. I said excuse me several times I said you called my name and then you didn't even wait for me to answer you just left and went back in the back. Of course, he was rude. And said I didn't answer then. I said I have 2 pizzas, not one pizza. Well, you only have one down here, so I asked him to call the lady back out. I told her she said you didn't order a stuff. Cross, you only ordered the pepperoni. I said I ordered a stuffed crust first. Shook another 15 minutes to get that ready, then I get it home and have some kind of cheese sauce on it. Instead of red sauce. The place only has like a 90 rating, they'll stand in the back and make pizza crust and forget about anybody that's standing at the register needing to order. They are so rude there and the pieces are terrible. They're half cooked. I actually asked them to cook mine extra because I have to take 'them home and recook' them because they' are. white on bottom. Some of the worst service I have ever Encountered the staff are so rude there. one young black man. There is pretty nice. He always says have a nice day. Also no gloves placing with phones and then working with pizza dough. Also they stand in the back and make pizza crust and let people standing waiting to give their order. THEY NEED SOME...
Read moreAte dinner here tonight, place my order on the app at 4:20pm. Tracker said food went into the oven at 4:21pm, and then never updated again. The app said the food "Should" be ready between 4:43-4:48pm, so I got there at 4:48pm. Stood in the front of the store for 10mins waiting to talk to someone about my order b4 the guy finally came to the front. When I talked to hi. And explained what I was waiting on and that the app wasn't updated so was wondering how long on my food, I didn't get an answer just got told "nobody showed up for work so it's only me". Waited another 20 mins b4 he finally came back and asked the name for the order then gave me my food after giving him the name. I understand being severely understaffed, but the guy was very rude with multiple customers when no one was being rude just asking how long on there food. (Heard multiple voices come from the back of the store) But only one guy was ever at the front semi dealing with customers.
If the guy was truly the only person that showed up for work then honestly the store should have been closed *
On another note, this use to be one of a favorite pizza places but lately when we order our pizzas we order them with "light sauce" and every time (already 5+ times in a row) they ignore the special requests and instead put extra sauce which ends up...
Read moreI'm very forgiving and long suffering when it comes to inexpensive food. I won't be going here any longer. I've had several experiences here where I was rather disappointed but again I can forgive lately its gotten pathetic. I started ordering online to avoid getting the very old pizza they leave in the heater rack that they give to online orders as long as they are generic cheese or pepperoni. I started to customize my order such that I would get something fresh. However I've gotten an order, 3 times now, where they took an old cheese pizza, added any toppings I customized then tossed on some new cheese (I'd you're lucky enough for them to even do that) and melt it over the old cheese. I've just gotten an order today that was supposed to have extra cheese at the cost of 2 dollars extra. They did the same trick again of pushing off their old dried out pizza to online customers. You can very very easily tell when they have made one fresh and one that has been in the heater for at least an hour. These people are pure lazy and think throwing a few sprinkles of new cheese over an old pizza is "good enough". Good luck going here. This isn't a one off,...
