Hardee’s — Restaurant in Lexington

I remember coming here back before this place blew up with publicity. I see A TON of people in the drive thrus in the morning when this place had like no one. This was way before Carl's Jr. and Hardee's sort of merged their menus. They had some good coupons in the mail and also had email surveys one could complete to get BOGO on any type of sandwich. Of course, this all went away when they started asking people to use their app. Not really the best app and no good deals on it either.

I decided to drive over today at 5 a.m. because Google lists their open time on Sundays as this and they are closed. This location has weird hours. I have also tried visiting this place in the evenings as they used to be open 24/7 prior to the pandemic. Now I think they close at like 8 p.m. Very odd. Please change the hours if it is not going to be...

They don’t pay attention when taking orders. They will ring up the wrong thing and expect you to pay for it. I went through the drive thru this morning. They rang up the wrong thing and didn’t tell me a price. When I got up to the window they snatched my card from me and before I knew it I paid more for my meal than expected. I ordered a small combo and they forced me to pay for a large. They refused to refund me my order. The manager was the one who took the order. She was snobby the whole time. Every time I go there either for breakfast or lunch there’s some kind of issue. Lots of talking about weed, smoking weed, talking about drinking or who was going to have affairs with who. Very unprofessional environment. They need to fire everyone there and start over. This place is definitely not...

I went threw drive three at 9:15, customer service... jeez, so sad, ugly, and disrespectful! She was still tlkin to another customer over her head set, when I pulled up, she didn't care, she said "I was dealing wit another customer ", I said "yea, ok", took my food and left. Got down the road and turned around because my food was old tasting and cold, when I told the drive threw, she informed me she couldn't make me a new set because they were about to close, but I know personally if I got old for 45 mins before, then how was my food still kept at a safe temp to eat??? I won't be back!!! Beware!!!! I hope u don't get sick! No wonder they were KEPT on the "FOOD WATCH" AT THE HEALTH...
