First Watch — Restaurant in Lexington

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience today. Me and my husband sat down and placed our order. As soon as we ordered I asked our server if my husband can go into the women’s restroom with me since I am in a wheelchair and can’t walk so I need assistance using the restroom. Our server then talked to her supervisor and she came back and told us that the supervisor will wait by the restroom and wait for everyone using it to get out so we can go in to use it. The supervisor was taking a while walking back and forth not standing by the restroom and then as soon as we got our food the supervisor came and said that the bathroom was ready. We didn’t want to go then because we had just got our food and it would of gotten cold so we told the supervisor that we can just use the restroom once we finish our food. Once we finished our food we let them know that we were now ready for the restroom. The supervisor went and checked the restroom a couple times but then would walk away and do something else meanwhile another person would go in to use the restroom. We waited a good 15 min before we decided to leave because nobody was helping us and I had been waiting since before my meal to use the restroom. The food was great but the lack of attention to someone who is disabled was really disappointing to me. I feel like as a supervisor or manager you should be more attentive when it comes to situations like these. Just imagine having to use the restroom and not being able to do anything about it. My husband couldn’t just walk in there because he’s a male and I couldn’t just go in there because I cannot walk. It just shows lack of training and miscommunications and it is really important to know what to do in...

I ordered three entrees online today. One was the trifecta that comes with eggs, a choice of meat, and a choice of pancake OR waffle. I had scrambled cheese eggs which was probably the equivalent of 1.5 eggs. It looked like a child’s meal. The chicken sausage patty was hard and dry. I added a side of house potatoes and it was so skimpy that I wondered if I had been ordering from the kid’s menu. They included the blueberry pancake with the trifecta and put a side of whipped cream with it that was meant to go watch an add on chocolate chip pancake that got left out of the bag entirely! This lead me to believe that they left out the blueberry, not the chocolate. So, I called and alerted them that the wrong pancake was missing. I drove all the way back to get a second blueberry pancake because, they couldn’t simply put the right condiments in the right Togo box. Lastly I had a Market Veggie sandwich that was drowning in mayo. I paid 43.32 for the order! I included a tip as well which was a bad decision on my part. At the end when I went to retrieve the wrong missing pancake the person that handed it to me was so nonchalant and unapologetic. The prices are ridiculous for the portion, they paid no attention to detail, the food quality was awful, the parking lot was laughable. I’m highly disappointed and won’t be back. Beyond that I’ll let everyone I know to not waste their time, to eat local or at the least try out Wild...

We love FW... I have some issues there but nothing like what I experienced. Had breakfast with my mom, unfortunately I had hair in my food and she basically ate alone. No manager came to apologize waitress was shocked and said she would get the manager, no manager food was replaced 12-15 mins later. Never offered anything else. When I went o pay, I was overlooked while waiting in line the manager took a guest that was standing in line after me. When I step to the counter, asked me can I help you, I said yes I was in line to pay my bill and you told me to hold on so you could take care of the other guest. His respect se was, I thought you just came in and wanted to be seated... asked ne how was my meal, I explained to him what happened and a manager never came by, and he wasn't aware of the situation. I know things happen, and it may not been intentional, but to see that in my eggs took me away from enjoying my breakfast. Watching my mom eat and as she finishes her food my food comes, it also made her uncomfortable to enjoy hers. Management rook care...
