NEVER BEEN TO A RUDE KRISPY KREME BUT TODAY WAS IT!! Never one smile even when we were ordering! They just wanted to know what you wanted straight to the point!! I payed for the donuts, kids drinks. Husband called wanting me to get him some milk so I ask for a milk and medium coffee. I payed for this never once did you here Thank you, have a good day or even a smile. Acted like they were Robots!! As I was leaving I realized they gave me a small coffee so I went back to ask if this was a medium size coffee cause I had paid for a medium. She said I don’t know I didn’t wait on you. She took my coffee through it in trash. The other girl said yes you had paid for a medium. They said I think we are out of Medium cups, I will check. The one girl took care of 3 drive-thru orders, other one was waiting on someone else. I ask are you getting me the Med.coffee? They said we may be out of them. I told them they are so rude here, if you were out of Medium all you had to do is give me 2 small instead of throwing the small you gave me in the trash. You have not smiled said thank you when checking out and have took care of everyone around but us without a smile or thank you! THEN one girl said we have a complaint so go get the manager. Still not giving me my coffee. Told the manger the problem and told her the employees act like a Robot just working with NO SMILE or saying Thank you! She apologized and got me my coffee. I told her they need to smile and say thank you to customers instead of acting like Robots!! We got in car seen a Dunkin’ Donuts across the street. Should have went there!! We left, started eating donuts and they are so very dry. Actually are the worse KRISPY KREME we have ever had. Kids only ate 1 of their mini donuts and my husband and I donuts were very dry and tasted stale. Don’t have to worry about us going there when we are at...
Read moreI went around 7:20am, and tried the drive thru. After waiting a little bit at the speaker, someone finally came on to say that the computer system didn’t work for the drive thru. I was asked to come inside. I was the only customer, and there were several workers. I went to place an order for a dozen glazed donuts, which I wouldn’t think would be a problem for a donut chain. The person behind the counter immediately said that they only had six glazed donuts available, and proceeded to show me a box of what looked like prepackaged donuts from Walmart. SIX DONUTS available on a Friday morning, in an empty donut shot. The rest of the crew seemed to just be mulling about, no one working the machine to make more.
I then asked about getting a dozen assorted, and was then told they only had what was in the case. Just a couple chocolate and chocolate filled. I’m not even sure there were a dozen available. I then asked if a discount would be possible since they didn’t have a selection. The person at the register said, “I don’t know, you’ll have to talk to him,” while pointing at who I assume was the manager. She then looked at the man, and said, “He (me) wants to talk to you!” I had no intention of getting a manager involved, I was just curious. He rudely shouts that, “I won’t be doing discounts because we don’t have stock.” I hadn’t even spoken to the man, so either he had been listening or asked that question several times since there were not really any donuts available. I’d have more understanding if it looked like they were making more or were slammed, but neither thing appeared true at the time of my visit.
I left and won’t be going back anytime soon. Luckily the Dunkin’ across the street was quick, professional, and had an assortment of...
Read moreGROSS! This place tried to serve me donuts passed around the car in front of me during the height of the FLU SEASON. First I see they give the car in front of me the wrong order after a minute or two they hand them back, they get there right order and I pull up. It seems to take them a minute and they ask me if I had regular or assorted. They then tell me he price of my order and I ask, "Are those mine?" pointing at the box inside that matched the ticked on he box i saw being passed around a car, the odd country boy at the window nods yes and I tell them I dont want those and a girl comes to the window and says theyre fine and I have to tell her how unsanitary that is. She then does a smirk and says ill get you some more. And at this point I'm just so disgusted that I don't want anything out of this building in my car. I ask for the manager and the girls runs off and this gentleman the only one to seem to be cleaning laughed and it cut the mood making this a funny situation. Anyway, the manager comes and she tells me she has a new staff on tonight. I tell her how grow something like this is during the height of the flu season. I explained to her how taking things back through the window passes around diseases and she has some excuse to why serving me food that passes back through is ok... I don't want anything and she tells me she'll go and get them "fresh" herself and I tell her again I don't want anything and she offers them for free and I'm still like that's gross, and have to pull...
