Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lexington

Very rarely do I write bad reviews on Google, but this jimmy johns employees were very rude to me and I would hate for anyone else to experience what I did. They told me the ovens do not work after 9:00 even though they are open until 10:00 and when I pulled up to get my food I was rudely shoved my bag with a firm "HERE" even though all I did was order my food and pay with no other interaction from the workers. I wasnt there to complain or be rude to the employees as i have a lot of respect for food service workers. I don't know what I did wrong or maybe if they were just having a bad day but I definitely don't recommend this location. You are better off going 4 minutes up the road to the Palomar location. I'm disappointed and let down by the customer...

I hate writing bad reviews but this is the worst Jimmy johns experience I’ve ever had. We ordered three sandwiches, drinks, chips and a cookie through the drive through and waited 10 minutes even though we were the only car. Then at the window had to remind them about two missing bags of chips and a drink, and didn’t even get the cookie. Got home and realized that all three of the sandwiches were wrong. We called, ordered new ones and read back the order over the phone and TWO of the sandwiches STILL got messed up when we got them delivered… not sure what was going on and it’s not a huge deal but was just a frustrating experience, won’t be going to...

You order from door dash and the app just keeps saying it running late but if you are a company then if you know your jimmy employee then we will not be told when it is here because the app does not show it then when u finally call they say it's been delivered by their owner drivers companies should have better ways then tend to this because their the one deciding they are going to use their own driver so common sense is the should say something.
