I'm a truck driver and they have one (1) mobile order pick up location for truck drivers., mobile order, spot # five (5) being this specific location and after the 3rd time visiting this location, I waited well over the "usually about 5 minutes" time frame they advertise the mobile ordering timetable as being, and the time it actually takes your food to be hand delivered ro your vehicle window, So I approached the lobby doors only to be spoken to in a very rude manner by a female of color, (leaving out any specific color to avoid any further hate crime/racial issues that this country we all love so much trully can do without, so along comes little miss fancy pants McDonald's manager getting rude with me as well, stating to me that her employees don't know there is a mobile order number 5, which is located DIRECTLY out the front, (main entrance) (across the main parking area for passenger vehicles), yet DIRECTLY OUT THE MAIN ENTRANCE which you would CLEARLY see if they would simply lift their heads and LOOK FOR IT. However, simply being the most ridiculous answer I have ever heard come out of a MANAGERS mouth was a bit on the duh side,, I left my comments within! Cmon, we all know that when your interviewed, hired, and being led around like a pony on a rope as a tutorial visit to be familiarized with your new job that, these somewhat highly important areas must not be left as UNIMPORTANT., critically to avoid customer dissatisfaction. My following visit to this same location, appeared as mobile order spot #5 had become a main topic of discussion and attention shortly after the rude disgruntled closing shift had fallen clueless to the hand delivery of purchased food products from the previous visit for some hungry "Heros" as some have referred to us truck drivers as, along with mobile order spot 5 and for how long now? Mobile order has been a trending feature for many as this pandemic continues to taint the earth with fatalities. So I say here., Thank You to this specific McDonald's that has taken the notion to address the issues and familiarize ALL employees with some "forgotten" or unintentionally skipped areas...
Read moreI don’t know if this location came under new management or something, but this McDonald’s has progressively become one of the absolute worst I have even been to over the past year. They will get your order wrong so often that I started tracking how often they screwed mine up and how often they got it right. 25%, that’s the percentage of orders that they got CORRECT over the last 6 months or so. For reference, my order is literally just a drink, fries, and a plain burger. How do you mess that up almost every time? I tried to branch out to a Big Mac last week and what they gave me was not only wrong, but two of the patties had been ripped in half and just thrown onto the buns anyway and so much Big Mac sauce had been dumped on the burger that it was physically impossible to actually pick up the burger in one piece because it was like trying to hold 4 separate wet bars of soap together. The level of incompetence is honestly appalling. The only person at this point who does their job right is whoever is taking the orders, and half the time that is because I can see what they are putting in the order and can correct them when they get it wrong.
I really hope they get it together sometime this century because when I first started coming to this McDonald’s they were actually better than most of the others, but at this point you might as well just tell them “surprise me” when you order your food because most likely you aren’t going to get...
Read moreMcDonald's I have to say every year you slip a little more. Not the food mind you, that is predictable and mostly consistent.
I am talking about your detachment from your customer and the indeference of your staff which especially shows at this location.
You are met with self order stations to keep your staff lower and save costs which I get. However your staff acts like you bothered them if you dare step to the counter to have someone take your order.
Then you get a receipt with a number without a thank you or even a smile, just a blank cold stare. I'd expect at least a thank you!
Your number is then barked off like from a prison guard and your bag gets turned over spilling fries as it's slapped on the counter.
Did my fries get replaced? Did I get an apology? Nope, she picked up the fries with her bare hands and made a weak effort to place them back in their fry container and sat it back on the counter. This left fries all over the inside of my bag. (my fries never touched the counter, just her grummy hands)
This location, especially at night, need new management.
I highly doubt that anyone from McDonald's will read this or if they do they won't reply or even care. Staff reflects management.
Save yourself, drive on, just...
