Wendy's — Restaurant in Lexington

Another UPDATE!! 12/24/24 This Wendy's is back up to par!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I stay in the nieghborhood and the food is back on point! Service is good and I'm really impressed with the turn around. (2nd review) I'm changing my review. I honestly feel like the place has gotten a little better since my review. Yet, I only eat the breakfast menu since my review too! Staff seems a little friendlier and I can't lie my breakfast sandwich and potatoes are always hot and fresh! There's a lady, African American woman, she's cool and I can tell she works hard and truly does well at her job. Still could use some improvement but I think it's gotten better!! 1 🌟 to 2 and half so 3 🌟

This Wendy's is for sure going downhill! My food was not consumable (spicy chicken sandwich) at all. My first bite was a huge piece of breading no chicken. I spit out. That made me examine the sandwich. The actual chicken filet didn't fit the breading which doesn't make any sense, and the chicken was hard and very dry! My whole order (I ordered a total of about $20) was horrible! Cold burgers and fries! The only thing up to par was my strawberry lemonade. Honestly im iffy about that too, wont be drinking anymore because my stomach truly hurts!! I swear! Food so bad that I had to write a review! Will call corporate because someone will truly get sick with what I was served tonight! Plus im pregnant smh! Get better Wendys on South Broadway! Get happier...

I've never eaten here before until today. Me and my 4 year old stopped in to have a happy meal and a burger and was just met with the rudest nastiest attitudes I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I was there at a little after 4 and it just seemed to me that everyone on shift had a bad attitude problem. They handed our drinks out the window without any straws. Then the food came out with an attitude and rudeness attached as well and still no straws. Don't know if any management was there but it seemed like a party going on instead of any work. When you see the workers there they are all laughing and joking and playing on their phones it seems like a good place. Then you get to the window you get a smug look and rudeness with never a thankyou or anything no matter how many times you say it yourself. The place itself to me seems like a good idea. you sit down and order online and then pick up your food. It centers around being more like a social spot or a coffee house type feel. Has a nice covered area for seating outside. They do have a drive thru but seems really slow. I mean looking at the place you would give it a 10 but when you see the service its like a negative 5. Sorry for the long gripey review but I want people to understand when I say, I wouldn't step foot back in that place, I want everyone to...

If there was ever a way to give negative stars this is the place that deserves a ton of them. I placed my order with large side and American cheese at order window and they say okay pull ahead. Pay for my order, receive my order, get down the road and check it. Should have looked at the window. Large side was half full, and no American cheese. I paid for a meal that they couldn’t make and they still charged me full price without telling me they could not fulfill my order. Went back in and spoke to manager. He says if you give me your email I can give you a coupon. I would not have placed that order if I knew it could not have been fulfilled. I hope this place finds a manager who can do their job because all he did was make the situation worse. I asked for my refund because I wasn’t getting what I order and paid for. Simple solution but he just sat in the store and said he wouldn’t do that.

They also took the bag of incorrect food and never gave me any replacement or refund or anything. I basically just donated my money to this...
