If i could give 0 stars i would. They are not even worth one star. I put an order in thru uber eats for my kids. They deliver the food and it was supposed to be 2 10 pieces and 2 fries. They gave my daughter a 5 piece instead of a 10 piece. I called zaxbys and the female employee i spoke with said they contacted the uber driver and would send out a 10 piece. My daughter sat outside waiting on the food to be delivered. It never came. I calld zaxbys back and a man name phillip answered and said we cant send food back out to you but you can come and pick it up. That completely defeats the purpose. Zaxbys had no problem taking my money, uber eats did their part and delivered the food, zaxbys did not by charging me for food i did not get. Clearly they do not check to make their delivery orders are correct which is beyond me as people are paying a separate fee for delivery. It is not my fault that they screwed the order up nor should i be responsible for paying another uber eats fee to deliver food that i already paid for once. So one, their employee told me something completely different and that the situation was taken care of and after my daughter waited 30 mins and i called back i get a completely different story. Im not only out the money for the food we did not recieve but also the delivery fee because what i ordered did not come. Obviously if i was able to come and pick the food up i would not have used a delivery service. Phillip never once apologized nor offered a solution. Can't wait to talk to their general manager tomorrow when he gets in. I will be leaving reviews on every platform i find. Terrible customer service! When yoy make a mistake, YOU correct it. So drive to Richmond Rd. Sand Lake Dr. Zaxby’s. I had a craving for just some GREAT crinkle cut fries and ketchup. I haven’t had any luck getting good fries with NO SEASONING at the New Circle Rd. Zaxby’s. The always give me old fries with seasoning. So drove across town. Told them I wanted a LARGE FRESH FRIES WITH NO SEASONING at. I told them at the window the experience I was having at New Circle Rd. They laughed the girl said we checked No Seasoning. So I take them get back on Richmond Rd. Opened up thought I’ll grab one until I get home.!! Well these DID NOT HAVE SEASONING ON THEM. But they were they fries that you prefer and leaving hanging in the basket over the oil so when they are busy they can drop them for a minute and throw them out the window to you. That’s what they did. I turned around went all the way back to to the little young girl assuming some kind of manager same one I had already talked to beforehand. I told them I wanted a LARGE FRESH FRY WITH NO SEASONING MADE FRESH! She said “O if you want fresh it’s like 8-12 minutes”. I told her I DO NOT MIND Waiting. So she told me pull in space one when done we can bring out. I pulled in space one got comfortable it was exactly 3 minutes she at my window. She said that the cook told her that these fries where FRESH!! Then walked off!! I opened them they were worse and blacker and greaser than the first batch PLUS HALF OF THEM HAD SEASONING ON THEM! What the hell can you do!! This was absolutely RIDICULOUS $4.00 for greasy lunch time left over fries!!! I hope I can get pic downloaded so I can share with you!!! Super disappointing! After over 20 hours on the road we were excited to grab some Zaxbys. Where we live, there isn’t one and it’s been at least 5 years since we had our fix. Imagine our disappointment when we get back to our hotel ready to eat shower and rest to find our food was NOT what we ordered. It was 5 of us and I went over our order multiple times with the window person and all was correctly placed. We were also asked to wait 10-15 minutes. How one can mess up an order that takes extra time is beyond me. Our total was over $50. After over 20 hours on the road with 4 kids and the first visit to a Zaxbys after a long time without it was simply not worth it. We asked for Cole slaw as o myself don’t like fries. ALL OF THE MEALS HAD FRIES! They didn’t care to ask what sauce and just gave us what they wanted us to have. The guy didn’t wait to make sure we didn’t need anything else as we were rushed to check our stuff. My husband had to go back in to buy sauce because what we wanted wasn’t in what they chose for us. Thanks for nothing to the staff that dropped this ball. Idk if there was an attitude because if the long order. But it’s customers that keep you working. Being kind is free. Thanks again for nothing.
