Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lexington

I'm so done with little cesars on Richmond road in Lexington ky. Ok I went to order 2 cheese pizzas and the Italian bread with sauce paid for it and was told to wait 10 to 15 minutes last night so tell me why I sat there from 9pm to 10 pm and still hant gotten my food. The doors were locked so I call the first time oh it's coming up they say nothing I call a2nd time they say oh something was messed up we will bring it out in a few minutes nothing still then a car next to me had gotten there's I had to yell for the man to ask again where my food was he said he would check and he came out asking where my receipt was cause they couldn't find the order then came out again to tell me sorry for my wait it's coming they had served it to someone else and throughout that brought a free 2 liter and I guess thought that was good enough but let me tell y'all that was horrible and I will never ever ever go through that again. It was long and not handled well at all and I believe if I never called in there they wouldn't have even checked on me to see if I was ok or not. It was a very bad experience and all in all just wrong. So no thanks I'd rather make a frozen generic pizza than go to them...

Awful awful establishment. I waited for a half an hour for an order I had called in and already paid for. I sat in the lobby just sitting there everyone not paying attention, this isn't counting the 5 minutes I stood waiting to pay waiting because they had given multiple pizzas to wrong cars and no one seemed to care. She tells me that its halfway thrpugh and will be done soon.

After 25 minutes I demanded to know how much longer and they didn't even know what I had ordered and it wasn't in the oven. They said they could make me a fresh one but it would be about 15 minutes. I said absolutely not. I got my money back and will never go again. I am reporting the store and they refused to tell me their names cause they knew they were terrible employees. But I can tell corperate a date and time and hopefully something will be done. I was lied to, treated poorly. No one offered to compensate.. they didn't even care. I had to demand the money. Two female zoomer troll employees smoking dope 3 feet from customer drive thru line in back of store. Manager refused to even come to window, and the nosering twt rolled her eyes at me when i told her the message to tell mgr.

What u do on your own time or away from customers is ur deal, but i doubt the owner or corporate would think its good for pr. Still not federally legal, esp in public. Ive been a customer at this location since it opened. Very disappointing. Have some fn standards. If i wasnt retired theyd been arrested.

Young male manager delivered to my car. I explained the situation. He said that she did tell the manager my message, at least, and i explained the eye rolling, he said he understands my anger and they would do something about it. Whatever that means. He was cordial however, no digs on him. Have to chk my food...
