We used to eat here at least twice a week when I worked nearby. It was our favorite Chinese restaurant. We were recently in the area and dropped by for lunch to order our favorites. only to be very disappointed. The egg rolls were way overpriced, "doughy" and the filling was not very tasty. The soup broth was rather tasteless, as were the wontons. They had chunks of gristle. The cashew chicken was OK, but drowning in white onions. The other time we were here, we ordered Mongolian Beef and Shrimp Chop Suey. Both were very greasy. We will not be back. This isn't the place it used to be.

First time here. Nice seating area and pleasant atmosphere. Would definitely recommend ordering with a person and not the kiosk because I made the mistake of ordering the wrong noodles (they have thin and thick and I personally did not care for the thin- thought they had less flavor). Luckily they were super nice and understanding with the mistake I made. The food portions were generous and the flavor was excellent, especially for the low pricing. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

This is my go to spot and it’s ending. First of all the jumbo shrimp fried rice, I wanted extra so I paid an additional $7 but come on you couldn’t it up like usual? I understand everything is getting expensive but I have never had received my order like this it’s always packed. Add the rice to make up. The food is pretty good but If I would’ve known I would’ve known they are cutting corners, I would’ve ordered an additional small or went and bought food at Mr. T’s instead.

On a business trip to Rosemont with my wife. Staying at a local hotel and ordered from here based on good reviews and also because I saw walnut shrimp and pad Thai on the menu. Ordered pad Thai, walnut shrimp, chicken noodle soup, wonton soup, and a smoothie made from mango, papaya, and added tapioca balls. The walnut shrimp was delicious. The walnuts were toasted perfectly. The pad Thai had lots of meat, tofu, and plentiful noodles. It was spicy and so tasty. Both soups were so delicious. It tasted like homemade noodles and wontons. The broth was also very flavorful. The smoothie was sweet and also delicious. Everything was very fresh, very clean, and packaged perfectly. The food came hot and quick in under an hour. I’ve attached pictures which I took after we started eating so they are not perfect. It was so much food that we easily would make two...

Never received my food (not the first time) waited over an hour. When called to check on my order I was told my food was on the way. Patiently waited 30 more minutes called again!! The had closed the restaurant, they never called stating my order was canceled or will never make it. They took the payment, then got reimbursed. I’ve been ordering for years and the food is ok not the best but we don’t have that many options around .I’m Very disappointed I will never, ever order from them again! Don’t waste your time and money you will either get the wrong order, get cold food or will never receive your food. When you call they lie food quality is horrible and prices are super high. I wish I had the option of 0 stars because that’s what they will get. I’ve never rated a business but this one deserves to take...

I had to give them 1star to share. We’ve been customers for years and have never had a issue, except this time that I know I will never order again. I placed my order and repeated it to the woman on the phone. She repeated it to me. But when my order arrived it was wrong: I called back to fix it, and all she did was scream at me. She then gave another woman the phone, who told me that they would fix their mistake but I had to pay for it.

Fighting over a phone for fried rice, is not where worth my time. They where so defensive and rude. Instead of apologizing, they blamed me? Again, never will I step foot or order from here.

How you treat your customers is way more important then how good your food is. And if you can’t speak to your customers respectfully then you should not be running a business. Very...
