Disappointing Experience at Eggsperiance.
I recently visited Eggsperiance with high hopes for their BYO Omelette, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was intrigued by the complete list of ingredients available to customize my omelette, and I decided to give it a try.
However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I was informed by the server that there would be an additional $3 charge per ingredient, despite the menu advertising a fixed price of $14 for the BYO Omelette. This pricing inconsistency felt misleading and deceptive, akin to a bait and switch tactic.
When I politely pointed out the discrepancy to the server, I was met with a surprising level of rudeness. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she dismissed my concerns, stating that it was merely my opinion. This lack of professionalism and customer service was highly disappointing.
As a customer, I believe it is crucial for restaurants to be transparent about their pricing and avoid hidden charges, which can leave customers feeling cheated and dissatisfied. Regrettably, Eggsperiance failed in this aspect.
Ultimately, I chose to leave the establishment and search for another place to satisfy my omelette craving. I hope that Eggsperiance takes customer feedback seriously and improves their practices to provide a more pleasant and honest dining experience for others in the future.

Read moreI’ve gone to the restaurant located on Irving and decided to give this location a try. Service was very pleasant and I don’t have any complaints about it. My son has food allergies that consist of no eggs. I tried finding something in the menu he can eat and asked to just substitute the egg for something else. (It did not matter if it costed more I just wanted my son to eat). I guess the server had to check in with the manager and basically was told to not ask for substitutions and if I were to come back again this would not happen. Again I didn’t care about the cost. Moving forward when I was putting my son’s food in a container to go, I noticed a trace of hairs as if someone trimmed their hairs in the kitchen. I’ve got a nasty stomach feeling as it’s my one year old eating this. I’m honestly not recommending friends or families to come here. Here is a picture as I put his food in a container. I’m a big person in supporting local businesses or restaurants. This location is...
Read moreSoo, okay first time here. Checked out the online menu night before looked awesome. Nothing that I wanted off of that menu was on the one at this location. Super disappointed. So instead I figured like any breakfast place they would have a French toast meal with eggs and bacon. That was also a hard no. The prices were a bit much. $12 for a waffle with chocolate chips sprinkled on top is ridiculous. Ended up getting a skillet because nothing else on the menu seemed that great in terms of getting a full meal out of it. The waitress even tried to upcharge me for pancakes that were supposed to be included with my meal. I then explained to her I had the choice of toast OR pancakes with the skillet. So overall, I did not enjoy my EGGsperience here. I don't see us coming back anytime soon unless they seriously change their menu. Really disappointing because it's so...
