Pop's Place Fast Food — Restaurant in Leyden Township

I used to be a regular at this restaurant, but the manager is very bad at his job and ruined my relationship with the restaurant. He takes orders wrong, cant seem to keep his malt machine working, and can’t remember a regular.They have a terrible online ordering system, do not trust it. The manager attempted to say I ordered from the wrong store, and once I confirmed I had not, he declined my calls! We were long time customers, but after being treated in such a cowardly and unprofessional manner I will NOT be ordering from them again, nor will I ever recommend them to any one locally or from out of town. Greetings my Foodzies, recently we tried out a restaurant called Pops Place at 8418 w Grand Ave. River Grove. It a small spot tucked away I a little strip mall at Grand Ave and Thatcher. There’s a table and window seats for fine in, the young man who took our order was very friendly and polite. We ordered a steak sandwich with fries and a combo (beef and sausage) the steak sandwich was decent size it just needed a more seasoning, the fries were crinkle cut frozen fries (we prefer fresh cut) and needed to be a crispier. Food was fantastic. Only issue is pricing on line is not what you pay when you pick . Please change on line prices to match what you pay at pickup. Big surprise when paying. Second update Ordered for delivery. Didn't say how long, so 1 hr later called when he coming said he just left ,ok I'm 10min tops from here 1/2 hr later he was.
