Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Leyden Township

So I ordered a a pizza Saturday night to the Hyatt hotel. When the pizza arrived there where 2 delivery drivers which I thought was weird but ok got the food and the pizza was smashed into a corner so I showed the drivers and tried to get it back to them they refused to take it and told me to call the store was told they be bringing me another pizza no charge to me awesome right no got a call back 45 minutes later saying they will not be bringing me my pizza because it's to late and they are closing. So I got the manager on the phone who apparently had no idea he driver was calling me and telling me this. But then then he kept defending the driver saying he was upset he got a ticket there and refused to come back and in this time the driver that called left on another delivery that was 100 dollars I guess since they spent more then me they where more important finally after arguing with the manager Quinton he said he deliver the food and give me a refund awesome again right but no food came 45min after I talked to Quinton the manager so waited a hour and a half for my pizza got in the room and opened it and had a nice piece of cold pizza tried calling him on the number he called me on and no answer.ok whatever so they next day expect there not to be a charge on my card and there was so I called the store and the young lady I spoke with said it was never refunded so she did it and said it be back in my account in 3 days max so I'm here on day 4 and no money refund so I called the corporate number they gave me and spoke with phillip and he said the the girl I spoke with "another manager" that works there didnt know what she was talking about and it will take 5 to 6 days so apparently the managers that they have working there have no idea how to manage the place they do t know how half the stuff works now let's see if i ever get my refund I will be take my business to Giannis in franklin park much better food and better management and owner...

1 STAR...We have been customer's for 20 plus years. Tonight Saddly is my first ever review and it is BAD. Rosati's was are go to for a fun evening at home. On March 19 I had friends from out of state and the kids had friends over. We ordered 20 inch pizzas with 2 coupons. 1 Cheese, 1 Mushroom, 1 pepperoni, 1 Sausage/Pepperoni. Total price 57.19 I went out to Dinner with my friend, my X husband took care of Dinner with all 8 kids. I came home at midnight and the X told me something was wrong with pizza kids said it tasted funny and it sauce was spicy. It was late, deal with it in the morning. March 20 all 4 pizzas were returned and the staff told us...don't worry we know you..you order all the time from here, they took the pizzas and recites. They would check the pizza and either refund my money or I can come at any time and get the pizzas. No re fund came, So today I went to order. Long story now shorten, Rosatis owner did not Refund my money and offered me 2- 18 pizzas or nothing. I got the police and explain, police went to Rosati's and owner still refused. I agreed to file a police report. SADDLY, as a family of River Grove, who supports our church and our Local Businesses, we will not be Customer's to a business that would steal and go back on their word. I will be following through and signing a Police report. Rosati's food and staff have always been 5 STARS to my family. It is shameful that the owner could not just refund my money so that I could buy my kids their pizza tonight. Which I did tell the owner I still would...

Very very bad customer service. Our order was incorrect so when we tried to call and explain what was incorrect they first argued with us then would NOT refund our money. They wanted to make us the correct order. I dont feel comfortable for them to make us a new order after they argued. I dont want anyone messing with my food if they are angry. Also when we called a different address comes up on their end, we told them the correct address but still the driver went to the wrong address. We ordered spaghetti with meatballs. The spaghetti came without meatballs and they insisted it has meatballs. We also ordered pizza half cheese and half sausage. The pizza came with all sausage. We ordered Caesar salad with side of extra dressing. They gave us side of cheese for fries!!!! This was our first time ordering from here. I was so disappointed. We have also spoke with BJ the manager and he was no help either. He has now referred us to someone else who is the owner we shall see...so far no refund...i will keep updating. We paid over 80 dollars for an order that was wrong!!! Update!!! No call back from the owner and I did fill out the form and NADA!!! MY POINT HAS BEEN MADE!!! bad customer service!!
