I miss the old crew the old crew is a 5 star but these new ones are a no, they are lazy they always close down the restroom they always have a angry face the food is always empty they don’t clean they don’t pick up trash from outside of the pumps I get it they don’t get paid much but like come on have some common sense or if u don’t like working then don’t work but have a little respect for the company and community they always in the back or in the office hiding I wish I have pics but I just stopped going there and I go to the other Casey’s from Pancake Blvd it’s mid but I rather go there or Loves gas...

I offer free lessons in phone answering I think maybe these people just don't know how to answer a phone that's connected to a cord???? I tried to get someone on the phone for over 30 minutes. As an employee for Casey's I find it super disrespectful when the phone goes unanswered. We needed to borrow some lids because we didn't get any on the truck. And not a single person could pick up the phone that...

I had left a review at caseys through some other app or website(I literally forgot..)but I decided to come back after giving them 3 ish stars??
