First, great craft beer! The IPA is amazing, very hoppy and full of flavor. The sour is unlike any other. Not a sour or hoppy type of person? No problem, there's plenty of choices in-between. Seasonal drinks are very good!! Not sure what gives beers different flavors? No problem, Levi does an amazing job explaining the flavors and processes for brewing great beer.

Second, the attached kitchen, Guayaba Cuisine, has really good food. Tried the Bun Appetit burger, and it did not disappoint. Such fresh ingredients.

Excellent brewery with great people, and don't sleep on the cocktails either (looking at you caipirinha and margarita!). The raspberry sour is the best sour I've ever had. The owners (Levi and Shelly) were very hospitable while I was in town for work, and I ended up spending every night at the brewery. The food from the attached kitchen is great as well (the ceviche is the standout). I can't wait to go back and be a part of the Turtle...

Second time at the brewery. First time trying the food - Guayaba. I got the green enchiladas but asked if they could make them with carnitas instead of chicken(which they normally come with).
