I really wanted to support this local business, but it’s incredibly frustrating that they never seem to honor their posted hours. I’ve shown up multiple times during the hours listed on their website and door, only to find the place closed with no explanation. No updates on social media, no sign on the door—just locked up.

As a customer, it’s hard to trust or plan around a business that operates so inconsistently. I understand things come up, but at the very least, communicate with your community. Sadly, after several wasted trips, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. The worst part is the owner and employees do not even care to honor what they have posted, it’s giving “we don’t care...

I would rate a zero if I could.

Taking out the fact that they are overpriced, we ordered 2 bowls and 3 drinks, 45 minutes later we received them. The overall quality of the food was mediocre at best.

My orange dream appeared to have dog hair in it, and I also found one long hair in it as well, which I would assume was from the employees as neither of the employees wore anything to properly keep their hair out of the food.

Additionally, it appeared an off the clock employee walked in while we were placing our order and made herself her own food. Which I wouldn't complain about except she didn't wash her hands, wore no gloves, and again had nothing on to keep her hair from falling...
