Burger King — Restaurant in Liberty Township

I went around 2am (afterwork) to this 24 hour location. I ordered an incredible whopper meal. The lady said we don't have any drinks the machine was defrosting, then she said they'd have to microwave my patty because they were cleaning the broiler. I finally ordered a chicken sandwich the wait was about 8 minutes. I was told to pull ahead finally a guy comes out he apparently stood there for a couple minutes before i seen him he never said anything just handed out the bags. After the wait the fries were cold and tasted like dirty grease the chicken sandwich the same. Ive never before had a bad experience at this location. However if you are 24hrs you should able to accommodate your menu within that time. She really said she would microwave my patty...ummm that...

My fiance went there on Sun April 2nd 2023 at approx. 7:21 pm ordered food was asked to pull up and waited for 20 minutes for the food to be brought out. An employee came out for a break he asked him about our and was told "I don't know" then finally the food was brought out of course it was ice cold couldn't be eaten the lobby doors where locked so couldn't go in and complain. Tried calling the restaurant directly and of course no answer. Not happy at all. Terrible service and I will be calling tomorrow with the hopes of getting a hold of a manager that can address and take care of my issue to my satisfaction. After this evening I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money and get your food someplace else....

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at this Burger King location! The woman working the Drive-Thru (I wish I caught her name!) was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in her work. She greeted every customer with a genuine smile and positive energy that made the whole visit feel warm and personal.

I ordered a double cheeseburger, 4-piece mozzarella sticks, and a Hershey Pie—everything was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. It’s honestly the best Burger King I’ve been to in a long time. Clean environment, great service, and quality food? That’s rare these days at fast food chains.
