⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give zero stars, I would. As a DoorDash driver, I’ve picked up from countless establishments without issue—but my experience at the Dairy Queen in Girard, Ohio was nothing short of appalling due to the behavior of the owner.
While picking up a customer’s order, I was approached with blatant hostility over a minor parking matter that could’ve easily been addressed with basic courtesy. Instead of a polite conversation, I was met with disrespect and an unprofessional attitude that reflects incredibly poorly on this business.
It’s disappointing to see someone in a leadership role treat delivery drivers—who help keep their doors open—with such disregard. I expect a baseline level of respect when simply doing my job, and this location failed spectacularly on that front.
If management can’t handle simple interactions without resorting to rudeness, perhaps they’re in the wrong business. I sincerely hope this review encourages the owner to reconsider how they treat people—because word travels fast, and professionalism matters.

It’s happened multiple times. Sometimes I will check my receipt and find that my order was taken incorrectly and it was rung up for the wrong blizzard, but sometimes my receipt will show that the order was rung in correctly and they just simply don’t check orders when they hand them out the window and I get sent home with someone else’s blizzards.
