I try to be optimistic but after yesterday's experience, not possible. Food portions were meager and had to ask for double protein to make the burrito it's expected serving size. The guacamole was 100% brown and had to remove it from both of the bowls right there at the check-out counter. When I asked for fresh, green guacamole, two male employees told me, straight faced and dead serious, that 'that's how it supposed to be' and that 'we made it fresh this morning.' Mind you, it was 8:00pm when I arrived in the restaurant. That's when it hit me that these people have zero idea what they are doing. Guacamole made at 10:00 am...Do you think that will be fresh and bright green ten hours later? Come on guys...get a clue. Sagar, the perceived manager, finally told the other employee to get the other batch from the cooler. It was also brown. I hope I can attach the photo for proof. The employees even said it out loud to Sagar. He reluctantly gave me two sides of the second batch of guacamole to get me out of the store. Be ready for a poor food and customer service experience at the new Hamilton location. However, it may not be the employees' faults at the end of the day if that is what the general manager set for new restaurant...
Read moreI really thought I was going crazy but after coming in here and reading the reviews I realize I wasn’t crazy, this place is horrible I wish I could give zero star, I place a online order and after I got home and started to eat my bowl I realized something was wrong first there was any silverware or napkins and “There was no chicken at all” I started to dig in looking for chicken to make sure. I wasn’t losing my mind, decided to go back and asked for manager, told him what happened and he told me that he is the one that was making those bowl and he putted chicken on it, I handled him the bowl back and told him to check it to see if he could see any signs of ever been chicken in that bowl, and when he opened he told me that “I ate it”, I was in shock because who in their right mind would drive to go get the food, go home, then go back to store that is at least 15 minutes from my house with a 18 month old in the back seat screaming, that was just the most disrespectful thing...
Read moreWe've eaten here 4 times. Every single time something has been wrong. Idk how hard it is to read an order that's placeed on the app. But apparently, it is hard. All 4 times I've ordered the same thing and for some reason they forget the cheese, or the sour cream. Had to go back once for the chips bc they forgot to put them in the bag. Another time they didn't even have chips made...I was hoping after the first 2 times they'd finally get out order right bc you can't even call to tell them you have to do a "chat" then they offered us a free soft drink once..that fixed everything 😂 I just want my food order to be correct or at least have a way to call and talk to a real person so I can get it fixed.
