Subway — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Well, I would not recommend going to this place when you place an order you should get what you place. They mentioned they were trying to call me and were unreachable. That’s not true I never received any call. Secondly, when I called I was pist off but this this happened before and I never get sorry for what caused an issue with the bread I ordered is not available so they give me what they have on them. Also, they mentioned they recorded all the calls I was rude and I did not have a chance to have him explain on his side. The long story is they never called and I was rude but they won’t admit it was wrong on their end. The employee's name is Jack and the young manager says he is the manager. Went in to order dinner, while waiting for my sandwiches to be heated up, I witnessed an employee vaping in the back by a bunch of the food. I then had to constantly compete for the employees attention to tell her what I wanted on my sandwich with another employee that was taking Dairy Queen orders. We won’t be back. Poor customer service, was ignored by both females working. Had to question them after standing waiting for 5min if they would help me.
