Starbucks — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Ordered my drink and had to repeat to the young man taking the order 3 times to make him understand a very simple drink. While I waited for 30 minutes I watched the other kid that was working take his sweet time slowly stocking the back room while the other employee was struggling ever so slowly to get anything done. Finally a lady went into the back room and ask him to help the kid that he was extremely overwhelmed!! He came out reluctantly and did help all the while talking with the other kid slowing down the process even more. Finally after my 30 minute wait I got my coffee that I ordered iced and it was hot !! This is after I told the kid 3 times (because he asked me 3 times ) that it was iced !! I handed it to him and told him politely to just keep it !! So after all that I left empty handed and out $6.00 for a drink I never got !! This place is a total joke and I'll never step foot back in that location !! Kroger or not I'll go...

You schedule one poor girl working BY HERSELF expecting to handle a weekend rush?? I have been to this Starbucks at the Kroger market a lot (3-4 times/wk) the last several months. They're quick, accurate and make great coffee!
