worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant!!! will never eat there again also will be coming back for full refund of my family's food! 8/8/25 we came in ordered our food and went to the patio to eat our dinner we did not know the inside of the store was closing right after we sat down immediately my husband opened his sandwich and it was wrong! we proceeded to walk back in and the door was locked so my husband knocked and the manger Vanessa Evans came to door and told him that the lobby was closed my husband said we just got this can you just take it and get me the right one I'm sitting down with my family she proceeded to tell him she did not care and if he didn't want to go through drive thru he could get refund tomorrow!! I then called the store myself to explain to just get a new sandwich seeing how we were all outside with my two toddlers! I explained the situation over the phone and I asked for the manager and Vanessa said she was the manager and that if we had a problem we could come and talk to Lisa, the GM manager in the morning to get a refund. the way this woman talked to me was unbelievable. the most unprofessional thing I have ever dealt with in my life. we ended up not eating any of our food and now have to wait until tomorrow morning at 10:00 a.m. to get a full refund of $34 that was wasted. Read moreI go through this Goldstar two to three times a week spend 10 or more dollars each time I'm a regular customer there are Volvos been friendly nice I've always been friendly and nice respectful of them I brag on what a great place in their family that runs a business how nice they are excetera and I send people either way I always pay with cash or card and today for the very first time I came in with partial class and the rest of it in quarters for about $10 worth and everything went smoothly until the very end and I guess the owner or manager whatever they'll elderly lady came out to the window and yelled at me and threw me out said please don't ever bring this much change again this is a business and we don't have time to count it all I thought that was really bad bad bad way to take kre to regular good customer didn't do...
Read moreWe always get the blizzards and they are great but the customer service is horrible! They go to take your order and sound like they are whispering into the mic and you can’t hear them. We pull up to the window and the people in the kitchen and window had no masks on, it was around their chin. The people at the window have 0 customer service skills and or enthusiasm. If they don’t want to be there then don’t! The crappy customer service is a deal breaker for me and hence the poor review. I would’ve rated this 0 stars if possible and this is not the first time this has occurred at this location either!
