This morning I decided I'd grab the coffee and donuts instead of my daughter for the office. I'm John Aldrich a local business owner and a long time customer of this dunkin. So my issues starts after I pay and leave a cash tip. As I'm handed 4 hot coffee one after another I ask for a drink holder "in my head I'm thinking it's common sense to ask if I need one since I'm one person and 4 drinks in a vehicle but" the girl says all we have is these cardboard folding ones and I'm not putting them in because the top comes off easy. I reply that's poor management someone should have them ordered. At this point I'm a little frustrated with trying to put these coffee cups in these fold out cardboard things and place them somewhere so they don't spill. I had my coffee and my sandwich, all I was doing is waiting for my dozen donuts while I'm taking care of my coffee and this lady leans over the first lady I was dealing with and says please pull ahead and we'll bring your stuff out. Instantly I'm pissed and I say I'm not going anywhere until im done taking care of these coffee's literally as the second lady's head is still in the window They hand out the donuts. So great I have the order and I'm gone. Get to my office 2.5 miles away and hand out the coffee and tell the story and as I'm telling we all take a drink of the coffee and it's horrible burnt which is out of the norm for this dunkin. Right then I call down and talk to the assistant Manager. Told him I was just there and had a issue with the drink holder ect. But this isn't why I'm call problem is the coffee is horrible as well and all three of us agree undeniable He was nice and profesional said he's training assistant manager and to come down and they'd replace the coffee. Five minutes I was down and went inside. As I was parking and walking in I noticed the lady that originally helped me at the window Was pacing back and for outside on her cell. I went in and was greeted by the manager and he apologized about the coffee and I said look sorry I was stern at the window but no drink holders and then asked to pull ahead as I was trying to fix the situation before moving. He said no problem and I said thanks and tasted the new coffee and it was awesome as usual but as I was walking out I noticed the lady that was outside pacing was now inside on the customer side and was still on her cell phone,I heard her saying to the manager we have the right to refuse service if a customer acts like that. I proceeded to my truck and as I was leaving I happened to see this lady one the phone still through the window staring me down. I honked and waved smiling as I was leaving. If I owned this Dunkin this trouble making working lady would be fired on the spot. I was not swearing or yelling I very sternly said I wasn't moving while trying to solve the problem they handed to me in my window. Maybe they would have rather the hot coffee spilt and burned me and I sued them for incompetence and to have my 80,000.00 truck cleaned. I'm not thinking that's a reason to refuse service. I will be contacting the owner over this issue. I don't take stare downs and threats lightly especially from a employee low on the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped to get a chai tea and a breakfast sandwich for my husband and I. I quick ran to the bathroom. When I came out my chai was at the pick up counter. I picked it up and it seemed cold to the touch. I took a sip and it was cold. I was waiting on my sandwiches and several people walked past me several times. No one asked if I was waiting on anything. I finally get someone's attention. I tell them my chai is cold, they reply "When did you get it. This time stamp is 10 minutes old". I tell her I placed my order, went to the bathroom came out it was here cold. I also let her know I'm still waiting on my sandwiches. She starts to make a new one. I wait another 3 minutes and the person I placed my order with drops a bag in front of me and states here are your sandwiches. It looks like there are several sandwiches. I ask to verify my transaction and that I want to see my receipt as I only ordered two sandwiches. The girl who placed my order does not come over, a different girl starts to help me. The two who have helped me ignore the situation and let this girl have to deal with their mess. She was very polite and accommodating. She apologized for the I convenience. I thanked...

In the digital world who carries cash anymore? So with just enough to get a couple of medium $2 cappuccinos we got in line. The girl was terribly slow. With just one guy ahead of us we waited and waited. He finally recieved his 3 drinks. She started to ask for our order when he reminded her that he had also ordered donuts! As we watched her struggle through the donut order, we decided to leave. We were resigned to order lesser, smaller, cheaper drinks as it was. But the obvious incompetence was just too much to bare. We were also annoyed that the guy working the drive thru window just stood there watching her after he completed his order and had no one else in the drive through. Very poorly managed store. I reccomend the Tim Horton's...
