Burger King — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

I ordered Burger King delivery through Google. No one said that Door Dash was going to deliver the food. ETA was for 11:53. At 1pm I was still communicating with the Door Dash driver thru texting as to where I was located. I originally got a message from Door Dash at 12:28 pm saying they were on their way. It took well over an hour for the driver to text me back and forth trying to find my place. I got a message at 1:03pm saying it was delivered. It was not. I tried to call the driver but the number wouldn't work; the number she was texting me with. I called Burger King and they were very rude. They said I need to deal with the issue through Door Dash. They insisted that I used the mobile app to order delivery from them and I did not. I used my mobile phone to order here with Google. Now, no food delivered and I am out $32. I did contact Door Dash and they immediately said it's not their issue that I need to contact Burger King. I told them that's exactly what Burger King said about Door Dash. I am fine without the food. I am angry...

Meh it is a Burger King. I get annoyed with how expensive it is for the lack of food you get. The zesty sauce has changed and it is gross and not like it used to be. It tastes like mayonnaise and lacks flavor. The whopper lacked flavor and toppings. The service was okay nothing to write home about. My company was the best part of the meal sure I am very biased because it was my daughter but that truly was best part of the meal! She got the spicy ch'king or whatever it was called. It looked bland and not what I thought a spicy chicken sandwich should look like. I wish burger king would get with the times and be more affordable and have more flavor with their products. I wish they would not go cheap with portion sizes and flavor. Overall I am very disappointed and would rather not...

I'm not sure what to say other than, it's your average fast food restaurant. I've heard a lot of things about how the inside is disgusting, which isn't hard to believe, but I can't say anything because I've never been inside, I refuse. The drive through usually goes a decent speed unless you're someone like me that enjoys their chicken parmesan sandwich, it's like a 7 minute wait but hey at least you know it's made fresh I guess. It just sucks that this particular establishment 90% of the time burns it. I also don't understand why they have 2 windows even though they never use the first one.
