I’ve gone to this subway a few times, and the food and service has always been excellent. Today, as well, my spouse and I had gone to grab subs and there had another excellent experience. Our servers were Dariyn & Norman, both of whom had given us excellent service. During our experience there had also been another unruly customer that had come in due to being dissatisfied with her order, despite it being (as everyone in the restaurant came to learn as she became irate and confrontational) a rather complicated and septic order that had been done over a mobile order. This woman had gone as far as having said employees call their manager to speak to them and complain, all the while remaining extremely disrespectful. Despite this I had witnessed both employees remain professional, courteous, and polite and continue to assist said customer with her many requests. From our standpoint, the way they had been treated had been extremely rude and unfair, yet they both remained impressively professional. Read moreI wish I could give zero stars. On August 12, 2025 at 9:30 PM, I walked into this Subway half an hour before closing. I ordered a veggie patty — which, as anyone knows, needs to be toasted. The worker, Dariyan, told me the oven was “broken.” Reality? She just didn’t want to use it because it was already cleaned. Instead, she shoved my food into the microwave and handed it over like it was acceptable. I had a semi parked outside, nowhere else I could go, and hadn’t eaten all day — so I was forced to eat the soggy mess she served.
This isn’t even the first time this Subway has shown zero respect for customers. About 2 years ago, I asked another worker (an older man) to wrap a footlong separately. His response? “We’re too busy.” No effort, no customer service, just pure laziness.
I usually came here twice a week, but after this, never again. If you want stale excuses, microwaved food, and staff who treat you like an inconvenience, this is the place....
Read moreWhat a pleasant surprise with the interior design! I’ve always known most Subway locations for their dull lighting and somewhat plain atmosphere, but as soon as I walked into this one, I was in awe of the fresh, modern design.
I ordered a chicken bacon ranch footlong, and it was absolutely delicious. I also grabbed a couple of cookies — which are usually my go-to at Subway — and they didn’t disappoint. Kristi, who took my order, was amazing! She went above and beyond with her customer service — working hard even when no one was watching — and served with a beautiful smile. In my opinion, employees like Kristi are the reason customers keep coming back, and I truly hope upper management recognizes her dedication with a well-deserved raise or promotion.
The only minor thing was that it felt a bit chilly inside, but I still enjoyed the sunlight streaming through the windows, the new seating, the tasty food, and the warm, welcoming service. Definitely...
