Over the last few weeks this place has seriously gone down hill. I'm not sure anybody that currently works here knows how to do their job. When I first started out with metro my phone wasn't working. I had the joy of meeting Amber who went above and beyond her responsibility to get my phone working correctly. She could juggle many different tasks all at once while other employees just looked lost and confused. Her outstanding customer service is the only reason I'm still a Metro PCS customer. I've been in a few times since to pay my bill,but even that has been a struggle. I mean seriously I just wanna give them money for my bill. I've had to sit and wait for anybody to be available. I've watched as countless customers have come in and complained about non working phones only for these same customers to be turned away. What kind of service is that ? Nobody in this store cares about helping their customers. I'm not sure what happened to Amber .Maybe she transfered to another store or walked out of sheer frustration. I've asked them if she would be back but they are too busy puffing on their vape pens to answer my question. They need Amber back and need more employees just like her . She was the only one who could handle everything. such a loss to lose such a talented, caring employee like her. . Don't waste your time at this store. It seems like it's being run by children. Every time I have been in there someone is always complaining about the phone not working correctly and you end up leaving there with no phone service or phone even after you have paid your bill for the month. Manager does not care about the customers, hes only in it for the money. The office staff does not know how to handle situations when they come up. Constantly having to call manager to see how to handle situations. I have been in the store several times and it is always short staffed and you have to wait in line for along time and I have never seen anyone leave there with a smile on their face including me. Also if you try to leave negative feedback about a situation through metro it will Automatically hang up on you, and not even allow you to leave positive feedback for the person who tried to help with your problem.
