This is true N.Y.C. & Greater Tri-State-style pizza. My mind was blown—I went in super skeptical, but left a true believer and customer for life, (whenever I'm down in Southern Florida, of course).
My buddy and I went in and decided to test it against what we grew-up with back in New York, (our families are actually from Brooklyn), and I have to say: This place does not disappoint! I live two blocks from this place, I called the shop four different times the first time they told me the driver would be there in 10 min, after 15 minutes goes by called again was told that the driver told them my pizza was delivered and it wasn't. They told me they'd have the driver call me. 10 mores later driver calls me and tells me he just picked up my pizza from the shop that he was stuck in traffic and would be there in 2 minutes. Another 10 minutes goes by and no driver. I called the shop again and asked them to refund my money which they said would take 3 to 4 days to do.
At this point they should have given me a pizza for free to keep a customer...
