This is my 2nd trip to this place as my first experience was 5 stars āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø, compared to this visit was only 1 star. āļø Side note: The ice cream was delicious but way over priced for ice cream.. unless it comes with exceptional service. They close at 10pm, I showed up at 9. The older woman with Long dirty brown/blonde hair obviously did not like her job and was upset that she got a flood of customers an hour before closing and took it out on me. It all started because I asked for a sample of the Mexican hot chocolate (it had cayenne pepper so I wanted to make sure it wouldn't be too hot) she got an attitude and said, "We don't give samples here". I told her a few days before whom I thought was the owner gave a sample to another customer. Well that sent this woman into a tizzy because the whole atmosphere changed, she said, "well that's ??(I can't remember the name) and she's been here the longest and is head parlor and pretty much does what she wants. But make no mistake she is not the owner"
I then responded, well any place that the customer service is so good that I mistook a worker for the owner goes to say a lot about the service rendered. She didn't like my response and didn't say anything until I paid, I left no tip this time ..as the last time I put a few bucks in the tip jar, even though the ice cream was on the more pricey side ..mainly because of the enjoyable experience. But There was nothing enjoyable about my 2nd trip there and I had to ask for napkins, a straw and a spoon after paying and then with a smug look on her face, sighs and says to me, "Is there anything else I can get for you"? As if I was the problem... I hope the owner reads this review and addresses this employee about her attitude and how to treat customers.. or maybe she shouldn't be working with the public. I would never go back again if she was working there but I would go if it the head parlor...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI absolutely LOVE the owner Diane and the ice cream is really good my family and I come here at least twice a week HOWEVER the other employees there the guys and the one older lady are very rude ! I have been coming here at least two times a week and lately they change up things based on what they want ... I donāt know if itās a power trip thing because the owner isnāt there or what but yesterday the lady told me you can only get one flavor ice cream in a single cup (usually youāre allowed two different flavors in any cup single , double etc.) and mind you , she has already serve me two different flavors before in a single cup many times before .So this didnāt make any sense to me that this one random day I wasnāt allowed to order more than one flavor ??she lied and said Diane only gives two different flavors in double sized cups, which is a lie because like I said this isnāt my first time here . Also , I had my mask lowered inadvertently because I have a hard time breathing with them on and I got the vaccine so donāt know what the big deal was and the guy and older lady (evil tag team I like to call them ) basically wouldnāt serve me and yelled at me but when a kid came in without a mask while I was still in the store they didnāt say a word !!! The guy is absolutely miserable and just plain rude not sure if someone so mean should be working in a nice upbeat ice cream shop (at least itās nice and upbeat when the owner is there ) . Today was the last straw when I came in and literally forgot my mask at home and the older lady told me OUTSIDE and pointed outside talking to me like I WAS A DOG !!!! Literally the worse customer service from the employees !! I want to make it very very clear though that THE OWNER and ICE CREAM...
