The ambiance is the 1st thing that grabs you when u walk through the door! 2nd it’s the energy that literally bear hugs you like you’re the favorite cousin everyone wants around. The atmosphere welcomes you. It makes you feel comfortable you have no choice but to just relax and unwind. I was BEYOND impressed with the Turkey burger it was so juicy I needed a napkin to wipe my fingers in between bites & the macaroni was moist yet perfectly crisp! The Long Island ice tea will take any load off your feet/shoulders & put you in the mood to sing along with whatever music choice the DJ flows you into. My Waitress C’Aira was so thorough that when I asked if she could print my receipt she took the time & found out how to send it to my phone ....happily... Her customer service & overall positive demeanor definitely another cherry added to such a memorable experience. Oh yeah, and the BATHROOM was sooooo clean you could sit on the toilet. I visited this establishment on Saturday and I was pleasantly surprised. The lounge is beautiful and was extremely clean, including the bathrooms. The waitress was very friendly and made sure that she took care of everything that we needed. We ordered wings, with the mac n cheese and greens. The chicken lacked seasoning but that was made up for with the sides. They were delicious. I would have given Levelz five stars solely for the service and everyone that I encountered in the staff was great. The only thing that I didn't like is that they auto add a 20% gratuity to all bills. We were a party of two and I have never had an auto gratuity added to two people. Mind you we did tip additional on top of that, but I think that this is something that needs to be displayed on the menu or told to customers prior to us ordering.
