Prior to covid I had no issues with the lillington location. Last night I ordered a pizza box deal and added extra toppings (paid extra) added cheese to the breadsticks, etc. when I received the pizza it was missing the extra toppings I paid for, it was missing the cheese baked on the crust I ordered. Most of the pizza had no cheese. I called, asked for management, the person answering the phone said she was management. I told her the issues, she excused away the lack of cheese by saying they are only allowed to put a certain amount on the pizzas and the breadsticks(obviously not enough to actually cover the enormous amount of sauce they dumped on this pizza) the pan pizza is no deeper than a hand tossed and wasn’t even cooked enough to be crispy on the bottom. She told me that she “could make you a new pizza but you will have to return the pizzas you received(and touched before realizing that the entire order was wrong) she also told me it would be another 30 minutes before I would have another pizza (as if to deter me from taking her up on her offer) I said well the wait is fine but requiring food that has been touched to be returned is against health code especially during a pandemic, she insisted that I return it to get the replacement, and I said fine but I must insist that you give me the regional managers number as well, she immediately changed her mind about taking the food back. She told me she would personally make my pizza and have it out to me ASAP. When I received it, the toppings were on the wrong pizza and it was still missing the baked on Parmesan crust that I had ordered...Instead they sprinkled some powdered Parmesan on the crust after it was baked. I didn’t bother to call back, just as I won’t bother to ever order from pizza but again. Read moreBeen buying from here for 10 years and I order from here tonight and 1.5 hours later have to call to find out they forgot to put my $75 order in delivery so they said they would send it soon as possible and again 1 hour later I call for them to say they tried to deliver it and said they rung my door bell but they did not and plus they never even pulled in to my house cause I have a ring doorbell and I was watching waiting because we were all starving and when I called PAUL the manager got a attitude and said it's our fault because he cause our old number which we haven't had in 7 years and been ordering with order new number for the past 5 and said if I still want it they will send it again but could not get a discount for pizza that been sitting for 2 hours and did not even offer to remake it. Plus he hung up on me and then told me he didn't after I had to call him back. Will never order from them again and Paul should be fired that is not how you do business. Read moreWe have not been to Pizza Hut in a while, so I ask my wife let’s get some pizza at the hut. Boy do I regret this decision. Server was rude, salad bar looked awful. I could not eat my salad. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. The lady yelled “excuse me can I get some water”. Server bought water but looked like she was so angry. Our server never once came to see if we needed more soda. However she was on her phone the entire time we were eating. And of course she fixed herself a cup of soda to drink as she text. She spend the entire time we were there on her freaking phone. We never got more soda. Everyone on phones who is in charge? I will guarantee you one thing. I will never eat at Pizza Hut again.
