Bella Notta's Pizza — Restaurant in Lima

So I just ordered a pizza from them and I realized they didn't put my toppings on it. I called them to let them know, because of course, I ate some of the pizza before I realize they'd been put. I have for my top things on my piece and that they charged me for which was the 14th 3 toppings for 1699. The man said to me, have you got the whole pizza? We can remake it for you. I said, I don't have the whole piece of that's how I know you're gonna put my toppings on it, I ate it. He literally said, oh well, well, there's nothing we can do about that they're very rude. I'm professional. I've never had that type of energy from them before, but they don't have to worry about me. Spending no money with them. And they wonder why they're not getting the money. I used to love this place. I ordered a white pizza and ask for a few changes. Didn't have a issue there. When I got my food home the change I ask for was wrong. So I called explaining the issue. The employee asked me to hold and got the supervisor. I explained what had happened. She got angry with me then decided to say bring it back and she would fix it but that is not what was ordered. I was not waiting another 30min for another pizza. When I told her what I ordered is not what they did she said I was wrong and that sheade it her self.(Then learn to read.). I called tonight to ask what deals they had for today...I was told 14" 3 topping for $12.99! I hung up so we could decide what we wanted...called back n they charged my card full price of the pizza! When I call back to ask why,I'm told the manager will put a $5 credit in the book for me! I think that is somethin they should leave up to the customer...as I don't order from there often! Then I find out the deal on Tuesday is actually buy 1,get 1 free...someone else called to confirm they told me wrong! Just ridiculous That isn't even mentioning the horrible cutting job...had pieces of all crust! Had a couple banana peppers...I'm not even sure there was even bacon on it...definitely didn't see...
