I really like going to Restore. However, it's very irritating when I am trying to shop and the volunteers are constantly coming around to tell me when they close and how many minutes I have left to shop. They are usually very rude about it. That is what I have a problem with. They need a public address system to announce the closing times in a nice way. Otherwise, they do have some good deals. The cashiers are always friendly and I like the fact that returns can be made. We bought a brand new loveseat there recently and some of the seat springs came undone. They had 2 old cement planters that basically brand new would cost about $35 a piece. They wanted $50 a piece! When I asked an employee about the price he rudely told me they don’t bargain on anything. I came back 2 days later, they were still there. I came back 5 days later & they had sold for a lower price! I went into the Restore here in Lima today and asked if they had any A/Cs and Clint said they had one in his office but he would have to make sure that it isn’t spoken for, he called me and told me that they would love to donate it to the family that I had told them about….
