If I could give a zero star I would! So my daughter and I ordered $31 worth of frozen treats yesterday of which two were blasts. One was supposed to be turtle truffle and nut add chocolate chunk and brownie and the other was cookie dough add Reece’s. When we drive off it was visibly obvious that the added ingredients were not in the blasts but we dug in to see and we were exactly right. So we turned back around and drove up to the car hoppers spot as we saw a female employee and my daughters explains our issue. She says oh he must’ve not understood and takes the blasts next we know a young man comes out of the store and approaches us with the same blasts and says it’s in here at which we answer and say no they’re not. He proceeds to go back and forth with us and claims that he made them so he knows the add ins were in there and asks if we want extra. I said I don’t want extra I want what we paid for. Since he clearly was not correcting the issue, I asked for two empty cups to prove my point. He walks away with the blasts and when he comes back with the same blasts (that are melting) and the empty cups, my daughter and I transfer the blasts from one cup to another where it was evident of the missing ingredients we paid for. I then say see, it’s not in here and since he showed no urgency with the matter, I asked for the manager at which he responds that he is the manager. I was in disbelief because I could not believe that the “manager” handles it that way. So i questioned his position and told him that I could not believe that he would handle it in such a way and discredit my complaint from the beginning. He replies by saying customers lie all the time. I said well I have no reason to lie and am a paying customer which deserves respect and the benefit of the doubt you went and grabbed cups and stood there watching me prove to you the order wasn’t made correctly all because you assumed we were lying. He the. stood there with a poker face and at that point I was just done with the whole ordeal and asked for a refund. He asked for the receipt which was never given to us and walks away and some time later comes back with a receipt that says refund in the amount of $31.09 but gives us $13.20 This was handled so unprofessional and with the poorest customer service ever and especially coming from a manger. Read moreI was feeling down after a night out with my friends until on our way home, my friend suggested ice cream. Hearing those words made my heart skip a beat, it was like hearing the faint sound of thunder after being stranded in the Mojave Desert for three days without water, knowing the rain is coming. We pulled into Sonic because it was on our way home. As we were ordering, the woman taking our order was very rude. I had to repeat my order three times while each time she was making rude remarks about not being able to hear us even though we were speaking at a high volume. Among our reasonably small order was a peanut butter shake (mine). I was so excited to drink this shake, I was willing to let all the rudeness go. When we got up to the window after a long wait, they handed us our food but... alas, no shake. When I said we were missing it (very politely) the man very rudely told us that we didn’t order one and to check the receipt. We ended up just driving off so we wouldn’t hold up the line while the man carelessly dismisses is without an ounce of concern. This was the single worst fast food experience of my entire life. Sonic ruined my entire night. The food was cold and awful and the service was even worse. Have the suicide helpline on speed dial before you even get close...
Read moreEvery time I order from here it's never correct. One time I ordered in the app and when I went to pick up my food they gave me fries that were so cold and hard like they were sitting out for hours. I asked for a fresh one and the one I got was Luke warm at best. I didn't want to complain again so I just took it and left and threw the fries into the trash.
The second time I went I ordered in the app again for 2 lemonade slush with strawberry. They gave me 2 sprite with strawberry so I called the store (I was already home) and they told me I can come back and they'll remake it. I go for the remake and they give me a strawberry slush.... so again it still is not what I ordered. I should have opened the top to check this second time but I figured they would get it right this time... nope... still didn't so I'm not going to waste my time coming back to this location because they can not get the orders correct here and it's not like I'm asking for very complicated things. I don't understand how do oh mess up on drinks not once but twice. Definitely was not going to go back to have them remake it again as I was just there for them...
