Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Lincoln Park

The man who works nights at this dunkin is absolutely horrible childish an unprofessional. This is the second time iv had an order for this dunkin n this man is rude to me everytime for no reason .last time custimer asked for carmel he rufesed an told me to leave in a very rude way i was taken back for a min but w.e ppl r rude.but this time I walked In An was ignored for a good 10 mins I tried getting his attention calling for service opening the door agian becuase he probly just didn't hear the bell the first time an when He can out he told me I can wait an waved me off w his hand while he put donuts away I asked 3 times for my order which was now late....when he finally answered me he still hadn't even started making it soi just turned to walk out its not worth it anymore for me this so called man tried taunting me like a child even after I walked out the door u could hear him I was appalled honestly im just door dashing an picking up someones order. it was disgusting behavior for a grown man let alone one in customer service. The eureka dunkin is much better...

I will not be ordering from this location again, at least in the evening. I’ve been craving a two scoop Sunday for over a month, by the time I order for my family of three through Uber Eats, it’s $35.00 with tip for two Sundays and a Quart, so you may see my reluctance. I finally broke down and placed the order on Saturday, 1/30/2021. When my no whip two scoop Sunday smothered in caramel and marshmallow arrived, it was melted with whip cream and no toppings. I am so disappointed that it is now sitting in my freezer, I will not eat it due to my disgust at how something like this happens. I do know this, for $35.00, I could have taken an Uber to Meijer, bought a 1/2 gallon of whatever ice cream I wanted, plus the toppings and paid for the ride back. I would have to pay extra for the Uber tip but that’s the cost when you can no longer rely on employees...

Went to get an ice cream with my mom at around 1030 on Sunday 8/14 and worker was very rude. All I asked for is a sample and he refused to wait on me and took people who had just walked in before me. He has broken English I didn't understand at first I thought I was misundersood him but then it was clear that he didn't want to wait on me. Mind you it's 1030 and not busy and I was refused to sample anything... I wanted to try something I never had a peach ice cream. I just don't understand how rude he was or why??? It hurt my feelings and ruined my night!! Also was my first time at a baskin robbins and this totally ruined that for me!!! Never have I been treated this way!! He literally said bye and I calmly asked wait why??? Like tell me why I'm in tears right now.... This really shook me all I wanted was...
