Iām a total Starbucks addict. I go at least once a day and get basically the same order every time. I decided to place a mobile order with this location tonight and drive an extra 10 minutes because all other surrounding Starbucks stores were out of my usual items. When I arrived, they hadnāt even started the order because they claimed āthey didnāt receive itā. I open my app and show them the receipt, and then they said āit just now popped up.ā I said that was fine and waited. When they handed me the bantam bagel bites, I thanked them and walked out. When I was driving away, I took a bite and realized they were frozen inside. I drove back and told the woman behind the counter. The employees gave me a refund but refused to re-heat the bagel bites because that was āagainst their policyā and also refused to give me new ones. I tried to explain to them that other locations have re-heated the bites for me in the past and that I didnāt mind waiting, but instead a female American American employee got in my face and started putting unnecessary blame on me for ānot asking for the bites to be heated upā because apparently asking for that is my job? Oddly enough, heating up frozen items has always been implied at every other 1000+ Starbucks visit of mine... Either way, I was thoroughly unimpressed with the quality of service and the awful treatment. I made a point to contact the corporate customer service agents who genuinely apologized and gave me a substantial gift card to make up for the treatment. The agent also contacted the store management to ensure that they were made aware of the employeesā level of unprofessional conduct. I can drive the entire way to work without a single sip and when I arrive and go to drink my late, I find that I in fact didn't pay for the actual drink, I paid $5.29 for a venti cup and whip cream. I will never return to this Starbucks again. I have had to go back into the store on multiple occasions to have them fill my drink to where it is supposed to be, which shouldn't have to happen. There have also been times where when I show the manager the "empty cup" and they have to tell their staff to watch the portions that they are lacking. I don't pay $5.29 for a cup and if I wanted whip cream that bad I would go to the Kroger across the street and purchase it myself. Even then a can of it wouldn't cost 5 dollars. This was the last time that I go to this location, which is sad because the girl I. The drive through with red hair is the absolute best staff member in the world. I suggest that the store manager April get on her staff and if their not going to comply, let them go. Nothing against April, because she a great, but the staff who feel it's okay to make a drink like that, shouldn't be working at Starbucks. Nothing irks me like paying full price for a drink, only to get 3/4 of what I paid for, and if I were to go into the store like I have in the past, the only thing I'll get back is an attitute as if it's my fault from the person who initially made the drink. For one when trying to purchase my order, I was inquiring about a specific drink I was looking for that they use to make, although I couldn't recall the drink name, I was frazzled because I requested for them to provide information on the lastest drinks that were released. (Mind you, businesses like this change advertised drinks all the time) but I seen this drink like 3 days ago. So, the lady over the montior who was uncertain asked the manager and the manager had no knowledge of what I was talking about as if I was crazy. The manager rudely got over the monitor and said "What you looking for Today, Hot or Cold Drinks" at this point I'm upset because for one it was rude and two, very impatient when I'm spending MY MONEY giving you business! Then I asked well can they add-on to my drink and the manager said they don't do that and completely disregarded! I was then pissed, I don't care how much it costed it was something that could of been done. When I get to the window, a fragile older woman who was very sweet said they could of made that drink! Unfortunately she was not the manager and has no control over how management overseas these areas of customer service, BUT the older woman told me what drink it was! She was very bothered and uncomfortable because she didn't have a voice since it was her job!
Never again will I visit that Starbucks, the manager was very hostile with me when I'm the customer, rude, and unprofessional!!!
