Amigos/Kings Classic — Restaurant in Lincoln

I always order on the mobile app during my lunch periods from work. ( this app does not let you do the daily deals but i still use it for the convenience of hoping it is done once i get there) I have always waited still when i get there, i was assuming it was because i only ordered about 10 mins in advance. Today i order 30 minutes in advance get there and notice my food not on the mobile pick up rack. I wait in line asked shannon when i get up front, explained to her i ordered 30 mins in advance so i can make it back to work on time, she tells me they never make food before you arrive so they can make sure its not bad.(how do they know every customer that orders off the app by face) she then proceeded to rudely ask me if iwould rather have it bad. Me being irritated i said yes i would. So she goes to the back and yells to everyone working " from now on when ashley comes in she would like her food bad. then a few minutes later she hands me my food all rude. no thank you nada. This was super unprofessional of her. and if you are not going to pre make orders what is the point in preordering on an app. I know the mobile pick up rack used to be used. I think the store front should have someone with better customer service. yelling to a team of people about another customer is just ridiculous. I wasnt rude when I came in and was politely waiting in line just to express confusion on why it wasnt done yet. The app told me it would be done at 11:44. I came in at 12:05. still waited almost...

The service at this DIVE is horrible! If you EVER have ANY sort of a time crunch, don't EVER go here! I once sat in the drive through for 14 minutes! One time, the IDIOT at the drive through "forgot" to give my credit card back, and I had to cancel it for fear that one of the CHILDREN they have working there had copied my information and was going to use it on his own. The food is poor at best, orders get fouled up all of the time, and the people behind the counter are far more interested in playing grabass than they are in waiting on customers! The management there is CLEARLY pisspoor or they would not have so many complaints about their crummy service. I really wish this place would just fold under and leave the Highlands altogether so a decent restaurant could move in there. I would not recommend this dump to my worst enemy. Went through the drive through, there was, not to be rude, but I can not tell if it was a male or female, long brown hair. We were waiting for food, we simply ask if our salad got one or two ranchs. We would pay if we had to for more. Well, the person, (says Madison on our receipt) snatched a fridge door opened, threw the ranch cup at the window and said, "you get two!" Then slammed the window. A lady came to the window to give our food. We asked were our crispos were. All we seen was this guy/girl throwing things around and tossed our crispos at the lady who was standing at the window. So we politely told the lady at the window, "that person should lose their attitude!" (As we did absolutely nothing beside ask how many ranchs comes with a salad.)
