Subway — Restaurant in Lincoln

Had previously been to this location because it was convenient and there was a touch screen menu which I liked. The touchscreen was not working well (weather related?) so I went in. The lone staff member told me that the only bread available was wheat, however there were about half a dozen trays that appeared to be prepped for baking, so somebody dropped the ball. The staff member (w/m, approx 20 yrs old) looked like he hasn't bathed in a week, had Hickie's up and down both sides of his neck and appeared to be annoyed by the fact I interrupted his day. As I didn't feel comfortable with him even looking at my food let alone handling it, I took my business to the Coddington location. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

Oh my god, the service here doesn’t seem real with how bad it really is. This will seem like a lie, but I’m serious when I tell you that I waited in the drive thru for 35 MINUTES! That’s a full TV episode, in the drive thru, waiting to just order after being told “one minute!”. You might say “But Jake, there were people in front of you obviously right?” Oh yeah you’re right, except when there wasn’t. I was the ONLY car in the drive thru, and they had 1 customer inside. 100% inexcusable, it’s a sub for gods sakes. You’re not tenderizing a filet mignon, youre putting low quality meat on a foot long of poster tube and wrapping it. I can thaw a burger and grill it faster than you can take an isocoles triangle of cheese and put it on a 6” piece of bread. Smh. Employees, I get it. Your manager needs to schedule more people. But until then, avoid...

I went through the drive through at this location, I feel it took staff quite awhile to come to the window for my total. When they did they came with 5.00 difference, with a different order. I corrected them stating this is the salad I ordered(rotis chicken), the gentleman cashing me out seemed confused, finally got my order pulled up, told me 3 different totals. I informed him the total of what it read on the screen when I pulled away (12.98), he explained they don't add tax on the screen. I made sure to get a receipt. It took another good 10 minutes before I finally got my order, it was nothing like it should have been. Very LITTLE lettuce, three tomatoes, slab of cheese and bacon on the top.
