Always messing up my order. Tonight I ordered an Oreo Cheesecake blizzard as advertised in the attached picture. It's the same thing I've been ordering since Spring. As you can see it comes with chocolate ice cream. I was handed a blizzard with vanilla ice cream, I don't like vanilla ice cream. I politely asked the boy at the window "doesn't this normally come with chocolate ice cream?" Because I know it does, I've ordered the same thing for 6 months straight from multiple different Dairy Queen's ALL with chocolate. He doesn't bother to check with a supervisor and just replies "No it's always come with vanilla." Well I know for a fact it hasn't and even in their own picture it's clearly made with chocolate. I told him there might be a mistake because it does come with chocolate ice cream and he replied "well they've probably added something before that they weren't supposed to. We've always made it like this." No, nobody was adding anything, they were making it exactly how it was advertised and this time it was made incorrectly. Didn't bother to remake it, didn't offer to correct it, didn't offer any sort of apology, just continued to correct me and tell me I was wrong and crazy. So I was then stuck with a $4 blizzard that went straight in the garbage. Not the first time they've ruined my food, but it sure will be the last because they've lost my family and...
Read moreSo I came here to Dairy Queen after a 10 hour shift and i ordered the 2 for $6 snack deal, a cheeseburger and pretzel sticks. when i got to the window i was met with passive aggressiveness from the girl where she snatched my card out of my hand and her acrylic nails scratched my fingers. I was handed my food bag and luckily I opened the bag right away to find there was no pretzel sticks, a cheeseburger and fries i was met with. I waited for the guy to come back to the window where I was asked “are you missing something?” I told him about the mix up and i had also ordered a chocolate shake and a blizzard, to which that was missing as well. He came back with my pretzel sticks but no shake or blizzard in sight. So i told him about the missing desserts and he went away, returned with a shake and told me to have a good night. i am perplexed at this, so i’m sitting at the window waiting with the last bit of patience i have at this point. The man comes back to the window, “are you missing something?” I tell him about the blizzard and he leaves and returns with said blizzard. I leave the drive thru to return to my mother and my cat. On the drive home I reach for a fry to eat, and they are stale and cold. Safe to say I will not be returning to this Dairy Queen. As a restaurant manager I am...

Second no matter how many times we tell them there hard shell topping is to hot and that's why it isn't coating cones like it should they won't fix it.

Customer service is lacking. Stood at the front with at least 3 employees and 2 managers who saw us and a couple were just standing around waited 10 minutes for orders to be taken. This was at 2pm in the afternoon. There were other customers behind us in line and the drive Thru wasn't super busy. It came across like the drive thru was more important. Only reason we waited was because my son was with us. I would have went else were for ice cream. The female manager walked infront of us to get a bag for the drive thru and DIDNT even say hello or we will be with you in a minute, she walked around the corner and told the male manager he had to help us, which we could hear him mutter words, then come...
