Tucked away in the fairly new neighborhood of Fallbrook is a truly remarkable dining destination. SchillingBridge brews their own beers, fragments their own wines and makes petty much every menu item from scratch. The atmosphere is intimate without being pretentious, and the prices are just right. My wife and I visited on a special night for us and our sever went above and beyond to make it special. Andy was very prompt and attentive without ever hovering over us, and shedida good job of discussing themenu without pushing for an upsell. We tried a flight of their beers and a flight of there wines and were delighted by both. For dinner we had the western burger and the 10oz sirloin. The flavors on the burger melded perfectly to make one of the best burgers I've ever had. The steak was cooked perfectly to order and paired with a mouthwatering compound butter made in house. This sirloin was better than any I've had before, and that includes theones on my father's castle ranch. We finished our evening we their bread pudding and were delighted to learn that everything from the bread to the caramel sauce is made in house. This was a uniquely decadent dessert and left us eager to return to what has already become "our...

SchillingBridge Cork & Tap House has quickly become a favorite destination for me. The atmosphere is both welcoming and lively, with live music that adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. But it's the exceptional house beers on tap that truly steal the show. The variety of flavors available is impressive, catering to all beer enthusiasts' preferences. From crisp IPAs to rich stouts, there's something for everyone. The staff is incredibly friendly, providing attentive service and expert recommendations. The relaxed environment makes it an ideal spot to unwind and socialize. The live music performances are an absolute delight, complementing the excellent beers perfectly. SchillingBridge Cork & Tap House is a must-visit for those seeking a memorable evening. Immerse yourself in the warm ambiance, savor the remarkable house beers, and enjoy the talented musicians. You won't be disappointed. This hidden gem is a testament to great hospitality and craft brewing. Don't miss out on this captivating spot that guarantees a truly...

Last week we went to SchillingBridge before the NU tournament volleyball game. Previous experiences there were great, something was just off this time. We tried some wings with the Scottish Ale BBQ sauce, these were great! The berkshire ham & pork ball appetiser was sort of tasteless. We also shared the reuben sandwich and it was fantastic - though we did ask for ranch dressing on the sandwich in place of thousand island, and were charged extra for the ranch! Seems like an even swap? The salad that came with the sandwich was limp and wilted - didn't seem fresh. Lastly, after boxing up our leftovers we going to enjoy a couple more beverages before heading to the game, however our server just laid the check on our table without a word, so, I guess he thought we should leave..? Bottomline, the wings and reuben were terrific, a couple of the accompanying dishes missed the mark this time, and the service and minor charge for a topping change were questionable. We'll be back the next time we're in Lincoln, hopefully this was just...

Stopped in for a quick dinner. First, we got the pretzel sticks, which were delicious! Then, for our meals, we got the 12 garlic parm wings and the pulled pork sandwich. The wings were good but very small. The pulled pork was not to my liking at all. We don't give fewer stars if we don't like the food, as everyone has their own preference. I will tell you what I didn't like, it was very watery. So much so that the bun was very soggy. I ended up eating what I ate by fork. The flavor was also a bit bland. No real flavor at all. I did get the cheese sauce and BBQ on the side, and the BBq helped it, but not enough for me to finish. The service was good, but not great( they were not busy). The restaurant is beautiful and very clean.

3 stars is being very generous! Several clients referred this place to me as a great local hangout with quaffable crafted brews and fantastic food. Sadly, it was underwhelming! I wanted to try out their draft selections but it seemed like too much of a bother to interrupt the gossip session of the staff. I ordered the Quinoa and upcharged to include the chicken and Greek option. The entree was just ok, nothing spectacular. The upgrade to chicken and Greek flavors consisted of 6 very thin slices of chicken breast, 6 kalamata olives and a teaspoon of feta. The only positive mention of this visit would be the bread pudding was amazing!
