This location has a horrible atmosphere.

We went to visit as a family tonight. We have young children. This was not a safe family environment for my kids. There were at least 3 employees taking a break at the same time. One had her baby there while she was working, the others were just sitting there on their phones. As I was in the bathroom and they were all doing tasks that were not for being paid I had to air dry my hands, no paper towels. There were two others unsure if they were employees but they were sitting with the employees and they were making out and all over each other. Two others walked out when we arrived and sat in their car the entire time we were there.

The young girl working the cash register had to go find a manager to make sure our money was real money and we had to wait for the manager for 5 minutes and the entire time she was gone she left the cash register wide open.

While sitting at our table the employees in the kitchen kept yelling at each other to shut up and causing a scene.

I tried to call to get the information to contact the store owner and I was promptly greeted with a please hold. After being on hold off and on with clicking on and off of hold I asked for the information to contact the owners. She asked why and I had no more patience. She hung up on me.

When I mentioned to the clerk Isaiah C. that my French Fries tasted old and felt cool to the touch, he apologized and stated that he would replace the fries. When I went back to my table, I overheard Isaiah state once again the problem with my order and asked for a replacement. The fry cook made a derogatory remark regarding my complaint. Immediately I heard Isaiah say, "She's sitting right there!" The fry cook continued with his comments when I heard a female clerk state, "She's right there!" Afterward, Isaiah informed me that my food was being cooked. Later he delivered the fries and reassured me that they were hot and fresh. The sad part is that my visit was diminished because of someone else's rudeness! On the 20th, I stopped at this same location for a small Oreo Blizzard. I stood at the counter for five minutes while two people, both in the fry station, looked at me then went about their business saying nothing to their co-workers about my presence. I stepped up to window of the ice cream station and yelled, "Hello" several times to be heard over the machines in use for blizzards and shakes. When the staff noticed me, they finally got someone to wait on me. Overall: After two bad visits, this DQ site will not have to worry about my business anymore. I was having difficulties with the app and the lady at the window seemed annoyed. I asked her if she could look up my account using my phone number since it wasn’t loading on my phone and she said they can’t do that. I worked at a Dairy Queen for 3 years and we did that all the time?! Whatever I was going to pay using points but paid cash since I didn’t want to ruin her times. Anyways she was quick to hurry me out of the line even though there was only one car behind me. It didn’t bother me until I was driving and saw they didn’t put the queso that comes with the pretzel sticks in it. Maybe if she would have been less in a hurry she could’ve at least looked in the bad to see if it was there but no. It’s 2 pm and there isn’t a rush people need to learn patience. The pretzel sticks were warm thankfully but they were not good without the queso. If they were out I would’ve understood and would’ve ordered something else. So now I’m upset I paid for 3 sticks of bread that don’t even taste good on their own. This location always gives me problems and this has...
